^ Speaking of which, time for my bi-monthly "When is the author drive" question.

Decided I'm just going to put my podcast up unedited (save for a small part at the beginning and end.) Just not in the mood this week lol.
Hopefully I'll be able to edit next week's though I will be away again for a few days. Again, would really love to have someone help me and edit (especially starting late August as I will be going back to college.)
Also, proud to say that my podcast has been downloaded now in THREE countries. In addition to the U.S. and Canada I got my first download from England sometime in the last week.

Just finished listening to your latest podcast. Next week will mark 5 out of 6 games reviewed that I do not own.

On my newest Working Title Review, I look at Frank Miller's The Spirit, and tear it several new rectums. (Recta? Recti? Curse my oh-so-dim memories of high school Latin classes!) Question for anybody who reads this stuff. Do my articles need to be longer? At the moment, when I look at them, it seems like the pictures take up more space than the text. Since this isn't an illustrated children's book, that ratio seems rather odd to me, and I was wondering if it seemed odd to anyone else.

Short and sweet and always a good read!

Okay, so I was thinking of an idea for an entry for me to write, and I thought of something from a thread that I made a day ago.
Something like thinking up an idea for a video game/movie/anime. You know, me mentioning my weirdo ideas in a more coherent manner. Parts of it involve brief mentions and mini-reviews of whatever might have been the influence of my thoughts.
Something like that. Think an idea like that would work?

Finally listened to the latest TOTOGAPB (was saving it for work) and was ecstatic to hear my question answered (and you nailed my name perfectly, SNESMaster). I didn't even notice most of the uhm's and uhh's that you were worried about. I've noticed that, with podcasts, that kind of thing comes off naturally and tends to make the podcast itself feel more down to earth and like a real conversation. What I'm saying is it was perfectly fine (as was the entire episode)!
Great first article, Kristen! I remember a lot of movies in the 80's and 90's were like "The Principal" (I thank/blame "Stand & Deliver" and "Lean on Me"). The review was funny and I'm looking forward to more!
The other articles (Wrestling with Sleaze, Working Title Reviews, Justifying Evil, In Conclusion, Kirby Genesis Cosplay Warrior and Sophie's Bum) were terrific, as well! Keep up the good work guys!

Yeah, I just got around to listening to the podcast too (fell behind the past few weeks) and didn't really notice the pauses and such. I do the same with my own podcast but that's because I never go into them with anything pre-written, just stuff in my head, and I'm too lazy to edit them out. And I totally forgot about that Ken Griffey Jr. game. I always liked the first one as I suck at most sports games and the first one allowed you to have computerized fielding.

And I totally forgot about that Ken Griffey Jr. game. I always liked the first one as I suck at most sports games and the first one allowed you to have computerized fielding. Winning Run also allowed you to have computerized fielding, but half the time it didn't work. However, for me, my favorite baseball game ever made was MLB Baseball 2005 for the PS2. Arguably the best controlling game out there, with a very gentle learning curve that allows you to bloom into the game... or cheat like mad and have jacked up characters that can hit home runs just by tapping the ball. I tried playing MLB 09 The Show for the PS2, and it wasn't really all that fun. The hitting felt a bit off, and it had a much higher curve of difficulty... one that I feel could have been made easier if the game gave you pointers on how to time the swings of the bat especially for off-speed pitches.
