I now declare that whoever wins the UEFA "European" Champions League are now declared World Champions of Football because well no other Competition matters. that includes that actual World Cup.

The bigger story is that the commercials sucked this year, save 1 or 2, namely the Kid Vader VW commercial. That was my favorite. And the NFL sitcom one along with the Thor & Captain America previews. And for you lucky folks who missed it, you missed this

I remember being too young to remember when they won it back in '96, but dealing with the whole Favre incident, I decided to stick with my guns and root for Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the team.
And now we're the champions of the football world. Congratulations, Aaron. The shadow that has been looming under your skin that is Brett Favre is officially gone, because not only are you a champion, your a champion MVP. Something that Favre wasn't.
So freakin' happy right now!

In a feat of pure willpower & determination, Aaron Rodgers & the Green Bay Packers managed to overcome the immense, punishing, soul-crushing obstacle in the Black Eyed Peas Halftime performance and went on to win SuperBowl 45!

I am happy for Rodgers, but man, it seemed like neither team wanted to win that game at all.

Tali to all the Packer doubters... 4-1 Chicago, guess the NFC title isn't anything until we win the Superbowl...oh wait. ;D

As a 49ers fan, I can kinda compare Aaron Rodgers winning the Super Bowl to Steve Young winning the Super Bowl. They both played second fiddle to legends for seasons and when they were finally given the opportunity to prove to the world that they were 'the man', they did it and they did it with huge performances (obviously Rodgers SB performance can't match up to Steve's).
Good for the guy that could have been a 49er had our management not been so foolish.

I knew they would have the World Title belt for Rodgers and I'm happy with it. With that said, I'm glad I didn't watch Black Eye Peas

MVP should have gone to the entire Defense, but that wouldn't be sexy enough.

So glad to see the Steelers go down. I'm never forgiving them for the year they blatantly stole the Super Bowl from the Seahawks. Not to mention, Big Ben is a big piece of human garbage.
