I do know that when Jemma Palmer came back to the UK, shortly after signing with WWE, she got a lot of s*** about the Johnny Ace casting couch and some wrestlers warned her about it. I also know one indy female worker who has heard all the stories through the grapevine and is put off going there. Of course, she doesn't really have the look they like and wouldn't likely get signed anyway, but still.
Not saying it's true or not, but within the business and amongst wrestlers it's treated like an open secret and they regard it to be true.

True or not, Tiffany's been a serious bonehead the way she's gone about this and her attempts to backtrack are pretty laughable.
If she's seriously thinking this will get Drew off any hook (or not), that's even funnier. She's drawn more attention to it with this clumsy follow-up.

I just don't get what she thinking.
I mean, come on: How did she not think that would get Drew into trouble? Basically saying his employer has a casting couch?
Twitter makes people dumb.

For the record, Meltzer mentioned Tiffany's comments "raised some eyebrows in the company." I think at least partly because she was rumoured to have down some of the behaviour she's criticising.

Maybe it's just me, but is it not possible she just answered the wrong guy's question? It's a fairly easy mistake to make.
The answer she gave is A) Not really an answer to the question and B) Completely contradicts everything she's said since leaving.
So yeah, I don't buy it.

She also kept it up for a while, clarified she wasn't talking about McCool (and didn't say "I answered the wrong question") and only took it down when she realized what a fuss it was causing. Another former diva, Shelly, claimed that Tiffany wasn't saying anything shocking and it was just reality, so there seems to be some truth to it.

I'm not shocked that some girls there try to climb the ladder horizontally, but its a bit unfair to assume that they all are. Of course, there's no way to know for sure unless some diva confesses to shagging Vince herself (third party "shoot interviews" don't count). Hook-ups on the road are another matter entirely. Its not all that unusual or scandalous that good-looking, physically fit people who are stuck on the road together for months at a time sometimes feel the need to get together. But you've got to wonder who Tiffany was referring to if not Michelle. Did she personally get propositioned by a higher up or does she suspect another Diva of sleeping her way to the top? I guess the world will never know.

Vince admitted in the playboy interview he'd slept with many of his female staff...in the eighties. Including some playboy girl they got into be his secretary, who later testified against him in court over the steroid charges. Not saying that guarantees he still does it, but he has a history of it.

Does this mean Kaval is getting his win back next week? It does, doesn't it?

Here's what Dave Meltzer said ages ago. Again he never outright said what was going on, but he was asked about how all the alleged rumours about Vince and the divas never came out:
So yeah: if this has been going on, some girls are either scared into silence or paid off and that's why we never hear about it.

The nature of twitter means it would not be obvious to her what question she answered without going back and checking anyway. She also seemed taken aback and was quick to clarify that she didn't mean WWE, to me sounding like she thought she was talking about something else. When Tiffany left the WWE she wrote a long assed letter which included paragraphs personally thanking Michelle, Natalya, Layla, The Bella Twins, Kelly Kelly, Beth Phoenix, Serena and Alicia Fox. So if she's secretly harbouring resentment at someone for sleeping their way to the top, who? Maryse? Gail Kim? Rosa Mendes? Eve? Melina? Most of those are barely used. Not saying that people don't sleep around in the WWE, of course they do. But I think people have made a lot out of what could just be an innocent mistake.

Is it just me, or is McDevitt like some sort of Satanic Sue-Machine that Vince summons up from the bowels of Hell? A lot of the things I've heard about this guy suggest he probably enters the courtroom to Kane's pyro and music, eats babies and watches A Serbian Film for a good hearty chuckle. in short, he's a bad mutha f***a.

Sure, but I was thinking more specifically. We don't know that "Diva X" is doing it unless she herself admits it. I wouldn't be shocked to find out that it was happening, but right now its all hearsay.

A former Playboy model (who almost definitely slept with Hugh Hefner at some point) who had a ring entrance theme talking about how 'insatiable' she was, and could 'never get enough' sex now all of a sudden wants to badmouth the WWE for a rumored Diva's casting couch?
Credibility, people. She ain't got it.

To me, it sounds way too much like backpedaling. Is she trying to keep her options open? Protecting Drew? Fear of getting sued? Who knows. But I do think it's one of them, if not some combination. Just my opinion though. When Tiffany left the WWE she wrote a long assed letter which included paragraphs personally thanking Michelle, Natalya, Layla, The Bella Twins, Kelly Kelly, Beth Phoenix, Serena and Alicia Fox. Just because they helped her out doesn't necessarily mean they didn't screw any of the WWE higher ups, or Vince himself.

Eww, now I'm picturing Mike McGuirk sitting on a hotel bed in her skivvies, while Vince does his rendition of "Stand Back," also in his skivvies.

No, but if she's good friends with them all I think it would be odd for her to 'out' them for doing so. Equally, she's praised the WWE more than I can remember any fired employee doing ever. Why bother if she doesn't want to go back and is harbouring this deep resentment? It just seems so random and so out of character, that I think she deserves the benefit of the doubt. Certainly it's not as cut and dried as has been made out.

No, but if she's good friends with them all I think it would be odd for her to 'out' them for doing so. That was my point. Even if she knows that one or more of them slept with Vince, Ace, or anyone else, it's not like she's going to mention it in a public thank you letter. "Hey, Kelly. You've done so much for me and I can't thank you enough. By the way, Alicia told me that Vince likes to have his balls fondled while you're going down on him. It's how she got her title run. Maybe you should consider trying it when you hook up with him again monday? cya." Hoping to help Drew? I don't claim to know the woman, and it's certainly possible. But I've seen backpedaling plenty of times before, and what she did is almost the textbook definition of it.
