Yeah, I suppose that might count, since they were briefly Tag Champs and had a team name. And since they both stayed heel, but just don't like each other after and went back to not being involved with each other.
I'm tempted to just count them, because it's bad when none of us wrestling nerds can come up with a clear answer haha

No, the Dashing Ones had a falling out backstage. There was no feud but they were mad at each other.

Chavo walked out on Eddie in a tag match, Chavo brought in Chavo Classic to help him. Culminated in a match at the 2004 Royal Rumble. I remember because I was AT that Rumble.

Didn't only one of them even stay on the main roster once they got broken up? That doesn't count.

I don't think he was ever announced or anything... I think he was just one of the participants when it came back from break or something... it's a vague recollection... here it is # December 18, 2006 - RAW: Johnny Jeter participated in a 30-Man #1 Contenders Battle Royal which was won by Edge..

Cade and Murdoch...sort of. They split the first time without a feud to pursue singles careers, then got back together, then split up when Cade turned against Murdoch. Don't know how you score it though.

I'VE GOT IT! Rene Dupree & Kenzo Suzuki Do you remember how they stopped teaming? After they lost the titles they had about 2 more matches together, but Kenzo had a mini feud with Cena for the US title between them. Their last tag match was on an episode of Heat right before No Way Out 2005. Kenzo got sick for a few weeks and when he came back they never teamed again.

How long did they split up for the first time? (I honestly wasn't watching at all around 2004-07)

Looking into it further, Kenzo got sick in April 2005, right after he teamed with Rene on Heat and had a singles match against Booker T on Velocity.
He never came back.
He worked a few OVW matches and was drafted to Raw, but was released before debuting.
So I guess that counts as a draft split. Dammit...I though I had it.

Yeah, they seem to have just both remained heels and had little independent feuds with Cena over the US title. After one of Dupree's title matches, Kenzo got involved and took out Cena, so maybe they even stayed on good terms.
