Unfortunate. Reaction was a creative show, and I felt like wrestling's angles were presented better in that format.

Meltzer says it was mainly because spike felt they couldn't show repeats of it, unlike manswers or UFC. It also cost a lot to produce. I feel like TNA would benefit from a pre-packaged show. Like promos/interviews intertwined with highlights of matches set to music or voice over commentary from wrestlers. Like a really long PPV package, but for each show. That would lend itself to reruns better and would be good for TNA as they could hide their weakness better and highlight their strenghts.

Good. Now Impact will end on time and it's one less reason to keep Bischoff around. Imagine if they just kept booking the show the same way but instead of saying "stay tuned for the end during Reaction" they went "we'll show you the ending next Thursday!"

Yeah um Bischoff used to do this on Nitro before there was Thunder. Pissed me off to no end. especially the times when they didn't follow up. There were so many huge pull aparts that they never showed the end to despite the line "the tape machines are rolling fansweareouttatimewatchnextweek!!!!

It would have been fitting if the final episode of Reaction was the reaction backstage that the show was being canned for reruns of 1,000 Ways to Die.

That sucks about Reaction being cancelled. Because it did a better job of getting of angles progressing storylines better than Impact did.
I don't see how it cost too much to produce. It was just backstage interviews with the wrestlers. How is that expensive?
