I think The Rock's weight was overbilled at 275 pounds. He looked too trimmed down. Rock wasn't a small guy by any stretch, but he wasn't in the 275 range. I'd peg him at about 260 give or take

Pretty much everyone in wrestling has an exaggerated size.
Andre and Hogan was probably the two most exaggerated in history. Andre was billed as 7'5" yet was likely no taller than 6'11" at his peak. In fact, I believe Meltzer said his well-documented measurement was around 6'9" or 6'10" at one point. What made Andre so freakish was his overall mass.
Hogan was never anywhere near 6'8". I'd put his peak at 6'5" at the absolute most, and maybe 6'3" now. He was dwarfed by the 6'9"-6'10" Andre and looked about 2" shorter than the 6'5"-6'6" Tiny "Zeus" Lister during their face-to-faces.
Big Show went from 7'4" to 7'2" to 7'. He looked to be about 2" shorter than the 7'1" Shaq during their stare-down, so I'd say he's 6'11".
'Taker is probably 6'7", maybe 6'8" on a very good day. The same for Kane.
Nash was listed as 6'10" while playing basketball. He's probably 6'9" by now, the same as Matt Morgan.
Batista was billed as 6'5", occasionally 6'6", yet is probably 6'2"-63".
Benoit was listed as 5'10" but was more like 5'8" I'm sure. Eddie was listed as 5'8" but was probably more like 5'6". Rey is listed as 5'6" and is more like 5'3" (yikes!).
Sid was listed as 6'9" yet is 6'6" to 6'7".

These were the ones I was gonna mention, because I'm 5'6 and I've stood beside all 3. Rey was definitely quite a bit shorter then me, whereas Eddie and Benoit were pretty close to my height

It needs to be said:
When I met Tommy Dreamer, we were about the same height (6'0). In fact, he might have been an inch taller than me which surprised me. However, whatever he is billed at, add several pounds to it. I was 210 at the time and had a heavy leather jacket on and he was nearly twice as thick as I was. He's a big, thick man.

It was clear that at WM3, six years earlier, he wasn't at his peak height anymore and had lost posture and thus height because of his physical problems. His peak height probably was around 6'11" and maybe slightly taller. He never really towered over Hogan though. When they stood face to face at WM, the top of Hogan's head came up to Andre's eyes, so I wouldn't call that dwarfing. Also if you say that Hogan was two inches shorter than 6'5"-6'6" Tiny Lister (Zeus) in 1989, that would make a peak Hogan 6'3"-6'4" and not the 6'5" you give him. Other than that I think your estimates are spot on.

I remember Kamala being billed at over 400 at one point. He's a big dude, but no way he was 400.

That's because... HE'S FAT!!! Seriously, you're right. In the pic my friend has with him, he appears to be around 6' and maybe a bit taller and while he isn't exactly what you'd call ripped, he's a massive dude.
