I never was able to converse much with him, but he seemed like a really cool guy. Suicide is a terrible thing, it nearly claimed me and it hurts to see it claim someone who had such an effect on a lot of people on this board. Rest in Peace my good man.

I honestly just noticed this thread at the top of the boards and then put it together that this is why a bunch of members have had Deadpool in their sigs lately. I was thinking it had something to do with the comic books I wasn't aware of. Very sad to hear this. RIP. For once, I wish real life would steal a trick from the comics: no one ever stays dead, and a in a few months, we'd have Jason back. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else. My mind really hasn't been all that sharp since.....this. And I'm trying to work my way through Anatomy and Physiology at the same time and....I'm just exhausted. I feel bad even complaining though, cause I know his family feels even worse. I understand, man, I think a lot of us have been knocked back by this, and stuff in life never helps. Just gotta keep your chin up and keep pushing forward for his memory.

I had no idea. I saw all the Deadpool eulogies in people's sigs, and thought the character Deadpool had died in the comics or something. I'm very sad to find out the truth.
My condolences.

For some reason, I haven't posted in this thread. I have no idea why.
I didn't really know him as well as others here but from the conversations I had with him, he seemed like a good guy. Reading through the posts here shows how loved he was around these parts and that he will be sorely missed.
RIP Mate.

Yeah, I was kinda dreading this day. I know we have to go on, and we've all got our own way of keeping him alive here, but it doesn't make it any easier.

I'm reading some of the old PMs he sent me. At times it feels... strange when I read them. Monster girls, fanservice, Katawa Shoujo and even Touhouvania. I introduced a large chunk of them to him, and I remember 'Pool whenever I think of those things.

I have been thinking about Jason a lot again lately, so I went to his Facebook to remember, and sadly his page is gone.
I still have him as a PSN friend, but it is a bit weird when his name shows up as a bot during Black Ops combat training.

One wonders how a man was driven to suicide when he apparently had so many friends. Perhaps the lesson here is that we should never hesitate to tell people how much we care for them.

Was going through my pics the other day and found something I did for him in a forgotten thread. He jokingly said he wanted Rhona Mitra attacking him Bad photoshop skills aside. Think he liked it.
