The #1 is exactly right, but I'm offended that Kobe Bryant is that high. I get he's a Hall-of-Famer, an all time Laker & all the other crap, but he is incredibly overrated.

That's why I put him 6th. He's still a great player, but it's not neck-and-neck with LeBron. Sure, you could say I put Rose too high because of winning the MVP, but he is one of the best players in the league right now. And it's not just me, as he finished 6th in the voting, about Dwight and CP3.

I don't see why everyone is so shocked about Scola being on the list. I thought he had a great season.

1. Kobe Bryant (#2) 2. LeBron James (#1) 3. Dirk Nowitzki (#4) 4. Kevin Durant (#5) 5. Derrick Rose (#6) 6. Dwayne Wade (#3) 7. Carmelo Anthony (#9) 8. Chris Paul (#8) 9. Amare Stoudemire (#11) 10. Dwight Howard (#7)
Amusingly enough, I think I would've made Deron Williams by #11.

Out of curiosity, would anyone be interested in doing this for NFL, MLB, NHL, college, etc?

Absolutely. Though you might have to divide it up some, especially for baseball and football. I just don't think you can fairly say the best pitcher in the league is better than the best hitter/fielder in the league, or vice versa. And NFL mainly because there's like a gazillion people on each team.
