Best Kung Lao's "buzzsaw" fatality from Shaolin Monks (I think) and his vertical slice one from MK2. Quan Chi ripping off a leg and then beating them with it. The Pit II fatality Worst Giant Jax Liu Kang's cartwheel kick from MK1 Liu Kang didn't have a fatality in MK 1 because he was a Shaolin Monks do not kill people. They changed Kang to a former monk in MK2 So he couldn't do the Pit fatality?

I think he still could (Which makes no sense) but the reason that his "Fatality" in MK 1 sucked was that he was suppose to be the good guy Shaolin Monk that didn't kill anyone.

Makes sense, but of course, we live in a world where fireballs do 10% damage to your health.

The neck-stretch one Quan Chi had in either Deception or Deadly Alliance is probably the most embarrassingly bad one I've seen. What the hell is that?

Dairou's fatality where he stretches the guy with so much force they explode is one of the most bloody ones.

My current favorite is Sektor's Scarecrow or Sheeva's Give 'em a Hand......the latter for the "Golfclap" she does with your OWN ARMS afterwards.

There's a reason Ed Boon says it's his least favorite Fatality. ...ironically, Quan Chi's fatality where he tears the other guy's leg off and beats him to death with it is Boon's favorite.

The neck-stretch one Quan Chi had in either Deception or Deadly Alliance is probably the most embarrassingly bad one I've seen. What the hell is that? The worst part is the fact that it could have been kind of cool, had they gone with the more obvious thing of him just ripping your head off. Or if they really wanted to do the stretch thing, could have ripped out your neck and spine and had your head start to dangle off the back of you. Which would have been really brutal - probably moreso than a lot of them in the new one.

Indeed, it's a great contrast. Especially since MK4 is perhaps one of the most picked on MK games, while Deadly Alliance was much more warmly received.

Hmm...
Best: Tied between Noob's first finisher in MK9 and the "Kintaro PAWNCH!" from MK2.
Favorite: Noob's first finisher in MK9, Johnny Cage's second finisher from MK9, and Sub Zero's Ice Grenade from MK2. Scorpion's classic one (TOASTY!) is almost a given.

I saw something one time about how the neck stretch would be pulling your shoulders, ribs, organs, etc. up into the now extended neck, crushing them in the process. But it's animating is f***ing stupid.

While I'll agree that the above fatality was really lame I still say this one is the worst fatality ever I mean come on does that even look like a finisher....that could have been a regular move

I don't see the problem with Quan Chi's neck stretch.
