That is the strangest thing I have ever read that wasn't newz. Same here. From beginning to end, the whole thing is... odd.

Apparently bath salts are becoming a big deal (fairly quick). According to some articles I found, a whole buttload of people have ended up in mental health facilities recently because of the stuff. People are buying the salts as a cocain/meth substitute, but it sounds like it's even WORSE than those drugs.
This kind of thing really worries me about the future of these herbal incense products that people buy as marijuana substitutes. They're actually safe (as far as we know anyway) but will probably be lumped in with bath salts and other hardcore drug substitutes, and end up getting banned along side them.

West Virginia. A-Yup. (Before any West By-God Virginians freak out, I've got family in WV, myself...) West Virginia is a strange and wonderful place. The scary thing is that this article fits right in with all the old stereotypes.
