Mason Ryan is listed as a Rumble entrant on WWE.com, he has yet to have a match. So this will be his debut. How many times has that happened? Debuting in the Royal Rumble?
I think Vader did but did anyone else?

He wasn't officially in it, but Giant Gonzalez did.
And yes, Vader did.

What about Brian Knobbs?
I don't remember the Nasty Boys being on WWF TV before he subbed for someone in ... 1991? 1992?
EIther way, I could be way off-base.

The 97 Rumble in San Antonio featured the debut of several superstars I believe. Most of them were just there for the Rumble alone however, and were not seen again.

Ernest The Cat Miller debuted in the WWE (televised) in the 2004 rumble and still didn't wrestle.

Goldust redebuted at the Rumble, if that counts. So did Mr. Perfect. And who could forget Haku in 2001? Actually, he really didn't do much in that run. I sometimes wonder what the point of it was - maybe just to stick it to WCW one more time.

Doug Gilbert and Omari in 96. Had Dory Funk Jr ever wrestled for WWF before that year too? And technically Vince did debut at the 99 rumble because his April or May 1998 match with steve austin on raw never officially started.

re-debuts like Mr. Perfect or Goldust (2002) or Haku (2001) shouldn't count, since there would be tons of wrestlers that needed a mention who only came back for the Rumble for a one-shot deal (Honky Tonk Man or Rick Martel did this twice IIRC)
