As everyone said it's not known if Taker will be healthy enough for a Wrestlemania match. I've heard people say Cena and it would've been a good idea if Cena wasn't in a feud with Punk and Nexus.
I say Barrett will possibly be the next likely opponent for Taker should Barrett win in his feud against Show

I say on Smackdown they should build up Barrett as a lethal individual and starts off his streak by beating the Big Show, then have him win the IC title from Kofi, and have him look like a legitimate threat against Taker for the streak.
Think about it, it'll be different as Barrett is a young rookie to a degree and by pushing him as a threat it'll elevate him more.
Considering that he looked like a joke against Cena since Cena kept Supermaning up and no selling everything.

He could definitely use a break after the Shawn Michaels match. That is going to be so hard to top that doing something overly gimmicky with Kane (Re: Safe) is probably a good idea. Then do Taker/Cena as the 20/0 match, take a break and retire at Survivor Series.

I think if it's true that Triple H is trying to work a lighter schedule then a "Streak vs Career II" match with Triple H against Taker could draw. Then maybe they could do something with HBK as ref. Triple H could pull a Macho Man from the early 90's for a while and just commentate and try and only wrestle every once in a while.
And their other WrestleMania match was pretty good.

Assuming Undertaker's even healthy enough for wrestlemania, I expect it to be a throwaway match just so they could get win #19 out of the way. The last big match -- Taker vs. Cena, possibly -- will be at WM28. I don't think he's in any shape to give us the quality matches we've got out of the past few years, so i expect him to be thrown in either a tag match or have some midcarder fed to him in a short match that will be a whole lot of spectacle, but not a lot of substance in order to help cover up the fact that the guy can't go very much any more. From here, I expect him to be used *very* sparingly until the buildup to WM28, where we'll see his last big match, a 20-0 streak, and retirement. Until the whole Punk thing and this week's SD spoilers, I expected to see Undertaker vs. Nexus in some kind of multi-man clusterf***. Undertaker vs. Barrett is also a possibility if his current feud is short-lived and they don't go Barrett/Punk. But there's still plenty of time to end some feuds and begin new ones, so anything's possible. However, the longer they take kicking off the feud leading into Wrestlemania, the more likely it's going to end up being a throwaway match. If i hear another person claim Brock will be at WrestleMania I will explode, he has at least 1 fight left with the UFC, and Dana wont let him out of it. Brock Lesnar will NOT be at WrestleMania. Oh, and THIS.Seriously, people. Let it go. How many times do you have to hear it before it sinks into your head? I know the dirtsheets refuse to let it go and insist their "inside sources" have all this information, but every legitimate news site -- including Dana himself -- has said that this match will not happen.

His name alone brings buys to the party and even if WWE have to turn his match into a 10 minute spectacle of lights and fireworks, they'll have him compete in some form or another. Even if they have to have him harbour his soul out to another superstar and have them compete with Undertaker in his corner, it's going to happen one way or another.
