Didn't Daniel Bryan do one like three weeks ago on NXT or did I dream that?

It's a trademark Bryan Danielson move. He's only used it a few times in the E so far though.
If you missed seeing airplane spins, you'll probably see more of them from him.

Honestly I hate airplane spits. But that one to Rodriguez was f***ing hilarious, mostly because of the reactions of everybody else.

The 'spin does look like it could be a good 'play to the crowd' move ala The People's Elbow or somesuch.
...In fact I could totally picture Bateman using it as a finisher.

None of them have anything on Claudio Castagnoli's UFO.

I always hated the airplane spin, but when Bryan is using it in a non-serious sense, I cant help but mark. they still need to go to commercial during a spin and come back to more spinning. That will be the best thing ever.

None of them have anything on Claudio Castagnoli's UFO. Yeah, but that move is incredibly awesome, so very few things could be that cool.

kelly kelly practically gives herself one every time she does that head scissors take down thing. Now imagine if that one would last as long as Bryan's Airplane spin with her screaming all the time. That...would be pretty horrible, actually.

Danielson once gave Homicide an Airplane Spin that lasted for about 60-70 rotations (though the crowd counted up to 100).
Once you get to that point, it starts looking like a devastating move.
