Mark Henry has aged amazingly well. Facially, he still looks the same now as he did back in 1998.

Undertaker - both good and bad.
His face, actually his entire head looks completely different from 10 or 20 years ago. And not better.
Physically, he's in great shape though, especially for somebody who has been in the business for so long. As you get older, it gets harder to both keep your body in shape and to keep the motivation for doing so, especially after a few injuries, and Undertaker definitely is working very hard.

Yeah, Ted Sr. still looks decent age wise, as does IRS, just fatter.
Orton has aged horribly, especially in the face.

You know, when Edge does the sadistic hands on his face thing after doing the spear, he does look like he has gotten a bit old. I remember seeing Edge way back in his first years in WWF and he looked so young and vibrant in contrast to now.

There are many rumors that he had cosmetic surgery within the past several years. i.e. facelift He cheated, but I`ll be fair. He played the heel when it comes to aging properly.

I don't think no one mentioned Stacy Keibler, who aged well

I don't think no one mentioned Stacy Keibler, who aged well you must have seen blue mountain state, she's still being fantasized about. I personally say jeff jarrett has aged gracefully, as for ungracefully look at jeff hardy, and to think he's 33? his mug shot said like 40

Kevin Nash has aged well sans hair color
Shawn and Taker, dammit compare their 97 encounters to their recent WM ones, facially it's like two different people wrestling.

i have to go with Edge with the best on the current roster. i was watching some old stuff from the match E and C had at No Mercy with the Hardy's and the first thing i said when i saw Edge was "holy crap he looks almost exactly the same". not bad for a decade ago.
worst, there's a lot. Michaels and Taker i still give passes to b/c they've been at this for a long long time and they are older so they should kinda look the part. but Cena looks like crap now, i used to think he was somewhat good looking and i prefer Randy from 7 yrs ago to Randy now. but i'll take any Orton i can get when it comes down to it.
DBD is going to age very well methinks.
someone who hasn't changed? Michael Cole. he was ugly then, he's ugly now.

as for ungracefully look at jeff hardy, and to think he's 33? his mug shot said like 40 I guess that's what happens when someone has a history of drug problems.

I always thought Undertaker was aging at an average pace. He looks how you'd expect a grizzled 45-year-old biker to look.
In Cena's case, it might be due to the intensity of his schedule and general physical weardown.

I love Shawn Michaels, he's great athletically, but he looks like he's up in his 60s.

Arn Anderson looked 40 back in the early 80s and he still does now, I think he even had the same sized bald spot which hasn't gotten worse.
Only thing that changed is his hair's gone grey.

Totally surprised that I'm the first one to day Festus/Luke Gallows. More Festus before he lost weight, shaved, and seemingly got tanner. Dude was like 24 when he played Festus for God's sake! I thought he was Nick Dinsmore's age when I first saw him.

I' m going to say Shawn Michaels has aged pretty well. From what he said he changed his diet and was eating more fruits, vegetables, and generally was doing a lot of cardio in order to attain the leaner look that he had before he retired.
So I am going to say he's aged pretty good.
As for the worst? Tough to say really. I would say Hunter but recent pictures of him without the beard show he looks just as he did during his Blue Blood gimmick.
