I know the Vandaminator usually is dependent on how one sells it, but RVD hit one at Invasion 2001 to Jeff Hardy and it looked like he nearly sent Hardy's head back into his collarbone like a Rock 'Em Sock 'Em robot. Pause it at the right time and it was gruesome.
I want nothing to do with the Baldo Bomb/Derailer. That never not looks painful.

Any type of move that involves someone coming off the ropes. Big Splash, elbow drop, Swanton, moonsault. I cringe just thinking about it - having to sit there completely still while some guy comes barreling down on you. Shit sucks.

The Last Ride. Always looks horrific on the head and neck area.

The Spear or Gore. That would hurt. I remember Bubba doing this move to end a match one time; he did not use it very much though and that could be because it DID hurt seeing as it is Bubba.

Considering what happened to Cena, it's now the Wasteland.

The Tombstone because of the possibility of a neck injury.

My friends and I always said the one move that would be scary to take is the 3-D. Anything involving the neck makes me nervous. Anything involving the neck and Bubba Ray Dudley.

I second that. Also, the Hangman's DDT from Wrestlemania 2000 and No Mercy. That move may be cool looking in a video game, but it would make cringe in real life. Thats actually a real life move, heres a clip

Alicia Fox's axe/scissors kick... I'd be completely fine taking it from Booker T or R-Truth

Heard a few wrestlers say that a Razor's Edge type finisher is a really tough one, because it's a sight-unseen back bump where you can get a concussion if you don't tense your head up just right. Lance Storm for one said he hated ever having to take it.

I know he's gone, but Yokozuna's banzai splash. You have to figure if his feet slipped when he landed or he lost a grip on the ropes...you'd be coughing up pieces of your ribs. He did that to at least one jobber on TV. VInce sounded quite, and rightfully so, concerned.

Any non-submission finisher. Most of them could easily be fatal if they were ever done legit.
