Oh by the way, while I hope this won't draw attention away from GookerMania, I really want to tell the new people about a fun match that happens every year at the October, Halloween-themed PPV: Night Of The Wrestling Zombies.
What we do is we have a Masquerade Battle Royal. Anybody can take part whether they're on the card or not. Now, the fun part of it is this: everybody in the match is wearing a costume that totally conceals who they really are! And in the voting, people look at a list of costumes and vote based on that.
Last year The Sam won in a platypus costume. (Hence the "Platypus" chant for him on NiteRaw this week.)
EDIT: As for the others, we had Evil M as Hello Kitty, Ryan Blood as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, Mulligan as a ninja, Little Naitch as an orange ninja, Bergman (then known as Jazzman) in an Aaron Enigma costume, and finally Viva as the Blue Blazer.

One option is the Monty Dawson thing, where psycho Stone kept on blasting him with a chair. Nobody said that he was injured or that his career was over or anything, but after he vanished shortly after everybody just kind of inferred that much. So it could perhaps be something like that with Murray. He takes a bad beating which may or may not put him on the shelf. If he's not back in time for NiteRaw, then he's taking time to heal up. If he is back in time, he can cut a promo or something instead of wrestle to sell the effects of the beating. Hmm... Sorry to doublepost, but I want to explain it: Now, let's say we win, and I beat him down with a chair very badly. Like "in own pool of blood" bad. So, if he returns the day after Gookermania, since he doesn't have any broken limbs, minus one show, maybe two, he can come right back and adds napalm to the fire. Now, if he doesn't, it looks severe enough to write him off. That's how I would do it. Also, if they win the titles, since he's gone, it makes better sense of vacating because he's injured then just vanishing. What I think is give him one week. If he comes back, fine see how to handle it above, if not, then drop it. Great minds think alike, I guess. But yes, also, I am willing to do that Battle Royal.

Well, all I know is that I couldn't show up as a Clefairy (FAR TOO OBVIOUS).

As far as voting Socko, is the deadline still today? Yeah, and I've actually spent all the time since my last post in this thread (and some time before it) reading PMs and adding up votes. I'm just about ready to send out the results. EDIT: By the way, about the Masquerade Battle Royal: while it's cool that so many people want to take part, and I guess there's no reason not to announce it, you might want to think about keeping it a secret. If nobody knows who's in it, then they'll be more surprised when everybody unmasks afterward. (Since The Sam had been exclusively a manager before he won it, NOBODY saw it coming.) (Oh, and the winner also gets a shot at the IF title.)

Ah okay, missed that. Thanks. I'll add him to the card now, remove my question about whether he was writing it, and make sure he gets the result.

I remember being "Fat Freddy Krueger" the Masquerade Battle Royal before that. I still like last year's NOTWZ because I faced Jackson for the World Title in the Chamber of Horrors match while still in my "amnesia" persona. And then got put in the electric chair again.
