Does having 5 current games on Dragon Age add up to one completion? I keep starting knew files to try different character types.
Actually, I think Fallout: New Vegas might be the last thing I finished. Scratch that, I downloaded and finished the original Fallout.

The most recent game I've "beaten" is Atom Zombie Smasher, but since you "beat" the game based on point scores, I don't know if it counts.
As for a traditional story/campaign game Duke Nukem Forever.

Original Super Mario Bros. Arcade version. Water levels were much more difficult.

Jamestown for the PC. Terrific, albeit short, shoot-em-up with beautiful artwork and a bizarre story.

Dynasty Warriors 5.
As per usual with these games, Lu Bu = Death incarnate. (Regardless if you or the computer is controlling him.)

Ah, I also beat Knights of the Round on SNES with Percival. That game is unfairly brutal.
