Dreamer,Sandman and Spike vs Buh Buh Ray, D-Von and Big Dick Dudley at heat wave 98 is still one of my favorite dreamer matches. Can't believe I forgot about that match considering I've owned the VHS of Heatwave 98 for at least 10 years. Definitely a good brawl, even if it was a bit mindless.

Not sure, but his war with obesity lately has been a squash match.

To be honest I'm not sure they were compatible. Dreamer's matches were often a lot about emotion and/or comedy, whereas Sabu was all intensity and drive. This is a brilliant observation. I never thought about it like that. Most people have mentioned my favorites, but I'd like to include Lawler vs. Dreamer from the second ECW PPV. I don't think Dreamer gets enough credit. I do remember Funk saying, in "Forever Hardcore," that what people forget is that Dreamer is a great worker. That Lawler/Dreamer match was absolutely brilliant. Lawler can work heel amazingly, here he was convincing working hardcore too, and every last one of the lights-out moments was great. My favourite was Jake The Snake's.

My favorite is him finally beating Raven. And c'mon people, am I really the first to identify the event? Wrestlepalooza '97! And yes, it's on the Rise and Fall of ECW DVD, and is my favorite match on it.

I watched it for the first time on the Rise and Fall of ECW DVD back when it first came out but I don't have the DVD anymore. I'll check it out again, I remember it being a very very good match.
