They all stopped watching the WWE. That's what happened. Without the drop in ratings you'd expect to come from it.

They all stopped watching the WWE. That's what happened. That would require actual willpower.

That's what happened. That would require actual willpower. Or attrition. That takes longer. But trust me. We have given up. WWE won. the internet fans lose. They win, so we must leave.

We're wrestling fans, none of us have ever been cool. My mom says I'm cool.

Cena's presense or absense has nothing to do with ratings, which is why they don't fluctuate when he's off injured or making a movie. Buy rates are down by the hundreds of thousands though. Maybe those are them?

They all stopped watching the WWE. That's what happened. Without the drop in ratings you'd expect to come from it. Except ratings have dropped. The average raw rating in 2006 was 3.91, as compared to last years 3.28. They've lost about a sixth of their audience over the last five years.

Buy rates are down by the hundreds of thousands though. Maybe those are them? that has more to do with oversaturation of the product, stipulations not being honored, and the crappily produced storylines that resolved on free tv. I'd hate to think people are so petty they'd let one man ruin their enjoyment of all the other performers if hte product was good.

The Cena haters left a long time ago when it was obvious their boos weren't sending a message to Vince.

I dunno... I always kinda liked him. Really like the Dr. of Thuganomics phase and I'll always respect him for making it to the top... but SuperCena sucked all y'all's balls. I hated that. The Nexus angle made me feel a little better about not booing him. It might have that effect on all the haters, too. That or we're all just used to him now. At least he's not HHH. LOL

I guess Cena won them over, I mean they booed the guy, chanted he can't wrestle and yet at PPV's especially, Cena was usually involved in the match of the night.
Cena hasn't sucked since 2006 imo, he won me over after his match with RVD at ONS and from then on I realised that he ain't that bad. From then on he's done nothing but improve.
Say what you will about the guy, he's had some great matches.

If all the Cena haters simply stopped watching, then it doesn't matter unless all of them have Neilsen boxes hooked up to their TV's. Of course the odds of that are very slim.

I would love to see Diesel turn heel and be the resident Cena hater and have a match at Wrestlemania. It would be the classic Old Vs New.

Indeed. The Cena haters left a long time ago when it was obvious their boos weren't sending a message to Vince. Wrestlemania 26 was less than a year ago. To say that Cena drove away all the Cena Haters a long time ago is just silly. We recently saw the prices of front row WM tickets, and that "We Hate Cena" guy was sitting in the front row last year, despite Cena main-eventing WM. So? All that means is that a few very passionate haters remain.

Beyond ratings, didn't WWE stock hit one of its lowest points recently?
