Stupid question here, but what would be considered a GOOD name for a wrestler? I never had any problems with "Dolph Ziggler" (or Jack Swagger, for that matter), but I simply can't see why "Nick Nemeth" would be a better name.

Yeah...it's not like they already made one guy a World Champ and suddenly changed his name..... Why Hello John.....Didn't see you there And he's been stagnating in the midcard ever since. Though now the crowd is warming up to him a bit. It's rare to see him in a pose like that, you know...with a live mic in his hands. I miss when they used to let Nitrorrison speak and cut promos. ......point taken

Well the thing with the name Dolph Ziggler is that originally his character was essentially a parody of Dirk Diggler (aka, he has a giganto johnson) and the hand shaking bit was to get people to look...ahem, a little south. So, the name is a bit silly considering it's based off of a fictional pornstar.
So, maybe the call to Brazzers was a nod to the original pitch for his character? If so, kudos. If not, hey who doesn't want a job there right?!

Technically the stagnating didn't start 'til the turned him face. ...And I miss his spaced out promos too.

For what it's worth Kelly Kelly's profile was also moved to alumni... as was John Cena's when he was fired... doesn't make an on air firing any more legitimate.

I actually liked his old theme music. Just gonna throw that out there.
The early days of Ziggler weren't very good for him - he seemed more like a comedy jobber than anything else. So massive kudos to him for getting past that, climbing the ladder and becoming a terrific wrestler.
Still think the Edge feud did him no favours though.

Well I'm sure they changed direction when they realized "HEY EVERYBODY, STARE AT MY HUGE DICK!" Wasn't exactly too PG.

Dolph Ziggler is a shining star and I expect him to stay in the main event picture for most of the year. This should be a great year for him, I can feel it.

At the beginnning of the year he was just one of the many up and coming heels on Smackdown.
Safe to say he's seperated himself a bit and is getting alot of attention.
