Not in a million years.
If I woke up with my head sewn to the carpet, I wouldn't be more surprised than if Morrison won that match.
The Rock is only hosting Mania, he most likely will never wrestle again.

They NEED to have Miz and Morrison go up against each other. They are both compellingly over, they have a history that can be played upon, theyve had a great match together already, and they can do dynamite promos together. Check the Live Dirt Sheet before they faced off at Bragging Rights.

No, sadly, once again it'll probably just be another PPV of Morrison busting his ass and getting the biggest pops only to be completely disregarded.

I think R-truth vs. Lawler is more likely to happen at this point, so no. No, sadly, once again it'll probably just be another PPV of Morrison busting his ass and getting the biggest pops only to be completely disregarded. Cena usually gets the biggest pops... but it's completely out of the question if the Rock is on the show.

No chance, that's what he's got.
NO CHANCE IN HELL.
Though I really wish they'd change plans and have him win. They need to have Morrison break through sooner rather than later.

Neither Miz or Morrison is close to being at a level where they can headline Wrestlemania for the title together.
Miz vs Cena, sure. You have one big name and one up and comer wanting a WM moment. Morrison vs Cena/Edge/Any heel would also have worked.
But Miz/Morrison for the WWE title makes the WWE title a mid card title at WM, and that is the one event of the year where that would be inexcusable for me, and likely for alot of casual fans who will buy WM based on big name power, and that means having your big names go for the title.
While Miz has been built as a sneaky heel, Morrison is caught in a limbo where he is a top face, but has no wins that mean anything beyond those other Sheamus, which have been countered by the fact Sheamus is currently also lost in the shuffle.
Morrison vs a heel Edge is the fued JoMo needs to move on to the main event proper, so I hope he's drafted to SD following WM.
Then maybe next year we'll see Miz/Morrison, when both have been elevated to the point they matter to everyone.

Too soon for Miz/Morrison to be Mania title match.
It'd only hurt them as they'd obviously play third fiddle to the bigger feuds Orton and Cena will be having. And thats not even counting if HHH comes back before Mania.
Morrison needs his first title win to come against someone more legit. And Miz would do better being in a match treated as "THE" main event of Mania.
Last year they could get away with HBK/Undertaker being the most hyped match because the 4 guys in the title feuds were established, and it wouldn't hurt them or the title to take a backseat to 2 legends. Thats not the case this year.

Okay, maybe that was a bit of an exaggeration but he's probably one of the most over faces on RAW (minus Rock, of course) despite getting hardly any mic time. It's way past time to pull the trigger on him.

I have no idea where all the "Yes" votes are coming from.
Could it not be more obvious that Cena is going to win at EC?

So no, Morrison won't win. But in a perfect world he would, setting up him vs Miz for the title (where he wins) and then Rock vs Cena will happen with Rock winning. (it's not like Cena needs to be put over anyway) It's not like The Rock would need the victory either. Unless he plans to come back full time, I see absolutely no point in him beating Cena. That's why I didn't much care for Hogan's feuds with either HBK or Orton.
