OK, so I got curious about who makes the most money in the WWE. According to numbers in 2009, Triple H was in first (about 2 million), followed by Undertaker (about $1.7M) and Cena ($1.6M). Now assuming these numbers are correct and haven't changed, who else do you think is in the top tier as far as active wrestler paychecks go?
I'd think Kane has to make a good amount since he's been there for so long. Same goes for Big Show. Orton and Mysterio would probably round out the top tier, but I'm guessing.

I'd assume those are the downside guarantees. I would think Cena would be the top overall owner once all the show and merch revenue was added.

Are those the totals or the base? I gotta believe with the Merch checks Rey is #2 behind Cena

I know at one point, Big Show was on a 1 million dollar a year guarantee. I believe that was a ten year deal that started in 1999.
Also, I believe Mark Henry was on about a $500,000 a year guarantee at one point.

I remember reading sometime back the salary of roster and I was shock to see that Trish Stratus at one point got paid higher than most of the men on the roster.

In recent years, including house show appearances, guest appearances and merchandise sales, you'd have to assume to following would be/would have been on $1million plus:
John Cena The Undertaker Triple H Shawn Michaels Jeff Hardy Batista Rey Mysterio Randy Orton Chris Jericho Edge
...that said, surely Kane, Big Show and CM Punk couldn't be too far off. The Miz must be doing all right as well.

Based on the pay structure of the company as I understand it, I would suspect Cena makes the most money. I don't really know how he would compare with Triple H who has a corporate position within the company as the downside of his performer contract.

And a lucky few main-eventers have the right to use once or twice (or more) a year WWE's private jet plane
And I remember in an old list that only like 30% of the roster had their hotel and rental cars expenses paid

Is the money for any WWE movie appearances included in those figures?
Interesting that Funaki was officially on the pay-roll, that ruins the theory that he was fired but kept showing up for work.

Funaki was buddies with Austin and HBK.
Not long after Hbk retired he was gone. Basically Undertaker got a 2-for-1 deal at Wrestlemania.

Still, going by that list, he made almost a million dollars in the 2000's, for not really doing much at all.
