Couldn't they sue?

I've wondered that myself, then again if it did hit someone they'd probably keep the bottle or sell it on ebay or something.

How is half a plastic bottle of water gonna cause enough damage to sue?
I'm thinking of Lenny in the Simpsons after he got the eye patch for getting pudding and glass in his eye and he was aloud to take the eye patch off for 5 minutes everyday.

Didn't someone nail Triple H with the bottle after he threw it to the crowd. I think it was on RAW back in 2003-2004, I'm not sure though.

It has happened before. About this time a year ago, I attended RAW and when he tossed it into the crowd, it hit some lady who wasn't paying attention in the head. She laughed it off though.

What we must do is use the internet to engineer it so that everyone in the crowd takes a plastic water bottle of their own with them to a specific show. Then, when HHH comes out and does the water spitting thing, everyone in the crowd does it right back, a bit like a mexican wave. Only wetter.
