Is that what that was? I thought the arena's electricity went out and they were using reserve power during the bout. I don't see what it serves to do other than piss off people with vision problems.

I like it. I lol at some of you guise's responses. "you can't see the fan's faces!" "doesn't make sense in kayfabe" Its funny. I'm not trying to be mean or anything just wonder why would you guys care about those things.

Reminds me of matches on WWF Attitude where you could sit the mood lighting...The whole thing screamed of trying way too hard...Kind of funny that they overkill it when they have Cara and Bryan in the ring

It's neat but hopefully they don't do it all the time.

I like it because after he wins it blends it with his intro music perfectly

I like when the match starts and the lights quickly dim to blue and yellow. It gives it some kind of cheesy Mortal Kombat/Jean Claude Van Damme movie feel.

It's cool I think and something a bit different and at one point you can have another wrestler get over by demanding that the lights come back on otherwise he won't wrestle.

Just watched the Sin Cara/Bryan match, and I actually kinda dig the lighting. I agree that they need to have Cara come out last if they're gonna use it though. It is a little jarring to see it there, then not there, then there again.
Also, f***ing AWESOME match.

I have mixed feelings on it too.
Pros - It's cool looking.
Cons - It's stupid for ONE wrestler to have different lights for their match It's not needed It's a little distracting Makes it hard to see the audience And worst of all it makes it painfully obvious that Sin Cara is going over.
So yea, I'd rather them not do it.

Nahfanuffin, Sin Cara, but I just don't think your lighting is necessary

I keep thinking Mark Henry in his 'Sexual Chocolate' phase is going to do a run-in.

Has there ever been a wrestler that got his own lighting for a match? I can't think on anyone.

Meh. I haven't been bothered by TNA Xplosion's ring lighting since they implemented it, months agos, so Sin Cara's doesn't bother me either. I'm indifferent to it, to be honest.
(I've already enough problems with Sin Cara's ring attire, music and finisher as it is, though)

Has there ever been a wrestler that got his own lighting for a match? I can't think on anyone. When Glacier 1st debuted in WCW they used to have him wrestle under a icy blue light and as one poster mentioned before Kane used to wrestle under a Red light when he first arrived on the scene.
