I miss the insane entrances they had in older games, like one where it's just the guy falling over and just literally stumbling towards the ring, and the Spider-Man homage entrance. Could you please elaborate on the Spider-Man entrance? I never saw it. It was literally a CAW entrance where your character swung through the arena on webs doing acrobatic feats, before finally landing in the ring. Given the fact that the game also included all the parts needed to make Spider-Man in the game, this was AWESOME.

I know it and the gear was in Shut Your Mouth, but I think also Here Comes the Pain.

I remember a fake cheat I heard somebody give out once that if you gave Rikishi the Spider-Man entrance he'd plummet from the ceiling like Owen Hart and start the match at max damage. Also if you went through as Undertaker and got into a feud with Kane, Kane would eventually take him out and it'd skip to a few months later where Taker'd come back as the Deadman.

I think my favorite weird entrance is the one where the guy does Booker T's entrance, only when he does the jump & pyro it goes off underneath them & they fly towards the ring, get up & collapse just outside it.

Wrestling against Tazz as Tazz does commentary always amused me for some reason.

fighting backstage, in restaurants, boiler rooms and even the subway. Swanton bombs and 450 splashes off helicopters, throwing snowballs at oppenents and even throwing oppenents into backstage workers. The early Smackdown games were the best!

Of course, I don't think anything in any of the SmackDown games can fully compare to the insanity of WrestleMania 19.

Smackdown Shut Your Mouth.
The ability to do ridiculous things by stacking random stuff.
I once threw a ladder on to the Rebellion Titan Tron, managed to stack it up (There was like minimal leeway to make sure it didnt just fall off), stacked 2 tables on top of each other on the stage, put a guy on the table, climbed the Rebellion Tron, climbed the ladder that was on the Rebellion Tron and hit a Swanton off it.

I forgot how insane the entrances used to be. I can't remember which game it was in but do you remember the Winning Animation where the guy stumbled up the ropes, tried to raise his arm and just fall straight over the ropes and onto the arena floor face first? lol

I think that was Smackdown 2. One of my friends always did the wrestler's 'speech' during the win animation, saying how he was the greatest, and nobody could beat hi- *tumble*
I think it was either Just Bring It or Shut Your Mouth (probably the latter) where me and another friend were playing late at night during a sleepover. We had a TLC match, but a couple of CPU people interfered in the match, one to take out each of us, and rather than letting them get near, we carefully stacked a few tables and stood on top of them while the opponents below fell about trying to get near us, and ended up attacking each other until they were both senseless. We were laughing so hard that my dad came down and told us to be quiet.
(Also, a shoutout for the Story Designer, the only place where you can have JR dive off the Titantron and take out a returning Rock, yelling "STONE COLD! STONE COLD!" on the way down.)

Playing Smackdown Just Bring It years ago. It was at the height of the Invasion Angle in 2001, so I had an alliance stable with William Regal, Tazz and The Dudley Boyz
Was facing the Dudley Boyz in a tag team tables match (can't remember who I was) now bare in mind you could have 8 men in the ring at once in JBI. So with interfearance switched on, every member of that stable ran in.
Regal grabbed my guy and slammed him through a table.
"KO" flashes up on the screen... HUH!?
*Loading screen*
"Ladies and Gentlemen, here is your winner.... William Regal!"
WHAT!?
Regal, who wasn't a participant in a TAG TEAM TABLES MATCH was declared the winner!?

Looks like your Alliance stable bought WCW's rule book along with them!

A few other things that come to mind
- Fred Durst in Smackdown Just Bring It!
- The Michael Jackson "Thriller" style entrance in Smackdown Shut Your Mouth
- The trolley entrance also in Shut Your Mouth. Viewers of hoganvsflair on YouTube will know what I mean when I say MEAT STASIACK!
- THAT Magic Wand storyline in season mode in Smackdown vs Raw 2007.
- The choice of "legends" in Smackdown HCTP.
- Anything in Season Mode in Smackdown 2 Know Your Role.
- In the first 2 Smackdown games on the first Playstation, whenver there was a cutscene with a title belt, it was ALWAYS the European Title.
- How some theme tunes weren't in some games. Like in one game Kane would have "Slow Chemical" then the next game in the series he'd have his old theme. Licensing is a strange thing at times.

Shawn Michaels was constantly given a move he NEVER used, the Fame Asser. That would be like giving Stevie Ray the Harlem Hangover. sorry to be that guy, but, hbk and marty janetty both used to do the fameasser when they were in the rockers and called it the rocker dropper. Sorry to be that guy who responds back, but I have never seen Shawn do the move and I watched them in AWA and WWF as the Midnight Rockers and the Rockers. If he had done the move with the Rockers (again, it was Jannetty's move), why would a video game give him the move so many years later when he never did it?

Isn't the Rocker Dropper slightly different to the Fameasser anyway? Well, yes. Marty Jannetty (the Rocker who used the move), stood and locked the opponent's arm. Billy Gunn got momentum and approached his opponent and leaped into the air. Still, I contend that it was strange that HBK's moveset was given this move repeatedly. I never saw him do it as Rocker. I could understand giving it to Jannetty because it is close to the Rocker Dropper, but it just didn't make sense to give it to Shawn so many years after the Rockers.
