WWE will overuse him, his drawing power will decline horribly, and they will have casually thrown away yet another precious resource.

I just don't see the point. He's good for a ratings bump but what then? You think the people that tuned in to WWE again to see him will stick around once he leaves again? Not to mention the more you feature him, the less "spark" you take out of the Cena/Rock match.

Rock should be on once a month in a limited capacity just so that fans can get the "oh yeah, these guys are fighting next year."

I have no problem with this. And what did everyone expect? For them to announce a match a year in advance and not even have Rock show up until Wrestlemania?

I can see him at Summerslam, MAYBE Survivor Series (though considering {Spoiler}the Hogan rumours... ), and as the 30th man at the Royal Rumble.

I could see him showing up ever 2-3 months or so. Getting involved in The Rocks match at Summerslam, having some sort of Team Rock vs. Team Cena match at Survivor Series (Rock and Cena wouldn't wrestle, just hand pick their representatives), and eliminating Cena from the Rumble.

WWE will overuse him, his drawing power will decline horribly, and they will have casually thrown away yet another precious resource. Then you just turn him heel. It's going to happen anyway since they're tonedeaf.

Sounds good apart from the last bit. Why would Cena enter the Rumble knowing full well he had a match already booked at Wrestlemania? Unless he's going to go all Superman on us. Beat the Rock 1-2-3, then follow it up immediately by winning the WWE championship in 5 minutes...followed by the biggest trollface ever seen in the WWE.

I'm still enjoying this current version of The Rock. I think having him show up every 3-4 weeks would be the right amount of exposure.

Or they could go swerve city and have Rock come in as the champion. This year they didn't do an EC match for the WWE title, so you never know.

I don't care what anybody says, I want him back for more than one match. Even if its just a tag with Cena.

Rock to referee Del Rio vs Cena at SS? I doubt they'll do Cena / del Rio for that. My guess is Cena works with Mysterio as a not-done face vs. face encounter, or they take this Cole thing to the point of Cena / Swagger.

He only has one birthday a year, right? Because I don't think I could handle another birthday party for the Rock...

I hope he shows up at Survivor Series at MSG
(Mostly because I'll be there.)

Agreed. Yeah that was really weird. He was just doing his Rock voice but it just wasn't enough. Nothing beats the Hollywood Rock from 2003 I must say.

I remember when Rock was young. Him and Foley had so much fun. Like the dueling People's Elbows. And then Mick even got Rock a sock of his own. But the biggest rating they ever got. Was doing a thing called This is Your Life Rock. While the other channel was watching ratings drop. WWF just had to rely on the Rock
