Notice how all of them are SmackDown stars. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's practically the breeding ground for stars. True indeed

I read that in the Gauntlet voice. WWE shot the food. WWE is about to die.

Well if they actually used Melina, Beth, Gail, Layla and Natalya to their full in ring capabilities, brought in AJ Lee and showed the world how charismatic Maryse truly is. Plus they've got the impending arrival of Kharma....
Michelle McCool leaving isn't that big of a deal

McCool? A star?
On a more serious note, I was there for 92 and 93. If this company could survive that, they can certainly survive this.

I read that in the Gauntlet voice. You and me both, man. "MMM! I LIKE SUPERSTARS!" Me three. "Red Jobber is about to die!"

With respect for what she's accomplished, McCool isn't leaving a big hole in the Diva's division nor is it on the same level as Edge retiring.

When you compare the number of Divas on the roster to the number that put on a match, she kinda is.

When you compare the number of Divas on the roster to the number that put on a match, she kinda is. Just because WWE utterly refuses to use the handful of good divas they have (who are better workers then McCool), doesn't mean that the division is gonna be weaker without her. They'll just have to start utilizing other women instead of being lazy.

There's an easy way to fix the divas division, just follow these steps:
Step 1. Bring Up AJ
There, that's the step

Gail, Natalya, Melina and Maryse are reigning on Superstars with consistently great, entertaining matches but the WWE insists on pushing the likes of the Bellas and Eve on RAW and depend on LayCool on SmackDown.

This really is the time for guys to show their ruthless aggression. Very much this. There are guys in WWE that have the talent and the skills. Question is, do they really have the drive to go and kick that door down? Look back on the history of the WWE and you see that it's usually the guys that make the most noise and work the hardest that end up getting the opportunities, not those that sit back and expect. Some tremendous talents never hit the top spot because they tried to get there quietly (so to speak) Real opportunities around in the company these days, real opportunities. Who will jump?

This should be an exciting time for the WWE but I bet they're shitting themselves. It's time to sink or swim for the younger guys and it will be interesting to see who does what.

Edge has retired, Undertaker is being held together by duck tape at this point, and doesn't have much left in him, and according to PWInsider: {Spoiler} That's leaving quite a few holes in the roster. Edge's left such a big one that they had the draft two months earlier than planned. Undertaker's been a mainstay for the company for a long time, and even through he's not a permanent fixture in the main event, he's one that can bring instant creditability to any match he's in. And McCool, while not a favorite of the IWC, is one of the better actual workers in the Divas division, and like Edge, her leaving will leave a big hole. So, where does WWE go from here? Are there those on the cusp that can realistically be moved up into the main event? Or has recent booking shot themselves in the foot? I'm sorry, but I can't value a person's opinion if they make a Duct Tape reference and don't even know what it is.

John Morrison should be bugging every legend he can find right now. Dusty Rhodes, Roddy piper et al, begging them for any promo tips they can give him. He has EVERYTHING else.
I just watched the highlight vid from his match with Miz, and there is just everything. The selling, the storytelling, the athleticism, the aggression. When he swings a punch at Miz from his knees, he looks like he has nothing left to lose. He was just THERE that night.
Seriously. Its only a 2 minute vid. Search "John Morrison takes excitement to new heights" on youtube. Its awesome. The WWE production team shines again.

JoMo really does have every tool other than the promo skills. If he can develop them, BOOM- new main eventer.

re: Morrison's lack of Mic Skills but having the rest... ...yeah I like JoMo, but he's not on these guys' level. He's better then Mysterio now maybe but not ten years ago.
