Looks like they'll treat him as a big deal, which is fine by me. I wish there was some young faces coming up through the ranks though.

He's a big guy, so he'll last seeing as Vince and Ace get hard ons for those types. And he'll probably be the one to retire Khali, like some have said already.

Yeah doesn't look good for Khali.
Khali and Ranjin basically asked what Jinder was doing there and Jinder replied he was just passing by.
After Jinder walked off Khali says to Ranjin "This doesn't look good for me..."

LOL, was he shooting when he said that? I mean, do they even listen to the Hindi promos/rambling of Khali?

Yeah all of what Khali speaks and Ranjin translates is 99% legit more or less, Khali does slip one in now and again but Ranjin either ignores it, reinterprets it or just makes something up. Anyway I'm also getting the big deal vibe from Jinder Mahal, so what will be brought up as? Jinder Mahal - Bollywood superstar! Jinder Mahal - Outsourced call centre king!

A major difference between Del Rio and Mahal is that one was an international superstar coming in with years of experience under his belt, while the other is a produce of the clone factory.

I'm willing to give Mahal a chance, because the guy's got a great look, and I'm sure his conditioning has to have improved in FCW.

I've never seen him in the ring. All I have seen was his short spot on SmackDown. I can't really judge how well I think he'll do yet.

Is the general feeling from the promo that Ranjin is going to turn heel on Kahli and join Jinder? That's the feeling I got.

To be fair, Jinder had some indy experience before coming to FCW. Certainly not as much experience as Del Rio, but some none the less.

Most 'clone factory products" get training by Stampede legends like Bad News Allen and Gama Singh and wrestle in Alberta for 5 years before going to FCW?

Yeah according to Wikipedia, he's only been in FCW for about a year, and prior to that he was in the indys for about 5. So it's not exactly fair to call him an FCW clone.

I got heel vibes from him.
Which is a shame really since Smackdown is pretty stacked with heels at the moment as it is. In fact the whole WWE is heel-heavy and needs babyfaces rather than heels.

He could be the Flintheart Glomgold to Del Rio's Scrooge McDuck.
