Yup annoying fans of your product is always a great business move. I hope tomorrow when I go to wal-mart they say they can't sell me any merchandise, then when I get home they put online all the stores can sell things, I'll TOTALLY run back.... wait no I'll just go to K-mart or Target. Please. The ones that are annoyed hardly hurt their bottom line. You must be drunk with second sentence as I have no idea what you are saying. Really? When their top babyface is so reviled that RTRuth's offense is cheered against him, It's time to turn the guy heel. Nut Up and pull the goddamn trigger.

It's like a department store saying you can't buy anything, then saying, oh wait yes you can. The analogy is WWE went with NO ONE WANTS JOHN CENA GONE FROM RAW. Which sure the 11 year old with the wristbands prolly doesn't, but to fans Cena in a new enviroment after six years was kinda cool. To not even explore that was kinda lame. And pointless, as if you just want to go logical, they wasted an on air draft pick as one guy didn't go anywhere.

Cena on SD made no sense, not with the 1 year Rock build, and not with him being one of the few people on the roster that fans (well, kids) buy tickets for en masse. They'd piss off alot of paying customers.
Still, they shouldn't have bothered doing this at all, because that pissed off other people for no reason.

Do you honestly believe that the E gives a damn about those who dislike Cena? Why would it spend time with something like that? You said it yourself, they barely matter. You can continue to believe that the E is trolling the "Cena haters", but that's not the issue. Raw has a heck of a lot more viewers than SD! Most of this people who watch Raw and not SD! are probably John Cena fans. Which is fine. By starting the show by drafting Cena, you got a great amount of people suddenly interested in SD! People who never watch the blue brand got a reason to do so and got EXCITED. By ending the night bringing Cena back, you got 1) those people a little disappointed, 2) the live crowd annoyed and 3) you made them lose all interest on friday nights again. It's not a matter of LOL CENA HATERS. It's a matter of lazy, confusing booking.

It fits in perfectly with the old "Anything can happen on Raw" vibe.

I don't understand this boneheaded booking. You have guys cheering when a big star (like Orton) gets drafted to their show, a guy who will kick their ass and win titles that they will never get a chance to win with them around to beat them every match. So why celebrate? Why would you try to win a match to get somebody else drafted to your show? What incentive is there? There is none. It's stupid it makes no sense. In fact having random picks is STUPID. Have the damn GM's actually go out there and pick the superstars. It makes it so much more interesting. Also, to have a guy who just got drafted be able to be REDRAFTED later is just stupid. Image the NBA Draft where people could just redraft the first pick over and over again. It makes no sense. Thanks for saying that. With the first pick in the NBA Draft the LA Clippers pick...BLAKE GRIFFIN.... Two Hours later. With the 20th pick in the NBA draft the LA Lakers pick...BLAKE GRIFFIN... Huh?

Analysis: This thread will have some people who love and defend everything about Raw. It will have some who take issue with segments and point them out (and then get told to shut up) and then it will have a few that hate everything.
I miss anyone?

Also, the live crowd didn't seem to annoyed to me. They popped like hell when Cena was drafted back.

I think I'm more entertained by Raw when there's a largely smark crowd. Maybe it's cause I irrationally hate John Cena?

I'm saying that most of the fans who don't watch SD! probably care a lot more about Cena than Orton, and those who do watch SD! probably care a lot more about Mysterio than Orton. And I honestly didn't hear a pop. This is not me trying to contradict you, I honestly didn't. But then again after that happened I didn't pay much attention so you're probably right about that.

Rock vs. Cena is the Wrestlemania Main event.
Rock shows up on RAW, whenever he drops by. Now most of us can put 2 and 2 together.
"WWE pisses its fans off!!!" means nothing. Heels winning pisses some fans off, but it happens.

Kids want Cena on RAW, screw interesting storylines, let's go with the , as you put it, bottom line. Again just miss the supposed "grapefruits" Vince once bragged to have.

ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN. And when it does we'll fix it to go back to status quo. exciting.

It's like a big comic book crossover that will change the status quo! Until the next crossover puts the old status quo back in effect.

"Status Quo" doesn't equal one person. Not even Cena.

"Status Quo" doesn't equal one person. Not even Cena. Exactly. You will note that Orton is now on Smackdown and Rey and Big Show are now on Raw. Hardly what I would call "status quo"
