This is an opportunity for them to expand the main event. So far, the heel closest to the main event is, well, Mark Henry, lol. They should maybe push Booker T up to the top of the main event picture, and especially Chris Benoit. Maybe they'll turn Kurt Angle back to a heel.

Maybe we'll get a 6 man title match main event... Rey vs Henry vs JBL vs Angle vs. Benoit vs Taker

I have a hard time caring about Randy, because everything I have ever heard about him says that he is a real ass in real life. Having said that, I would much rather have him in the Main event than the other options on SD currently. The next heels are Mark Henry and JBL. Since both of them are just upper midcard, that doesn't say much for their options.

I agree with whoever said Benoit should turn heel.
Rey v Benoit for the WHT!!!! OK there both short asses but the match will be fantastic.

Actually, now that I think of it. How close is Batista to returning? What about Kennedy? Or they could do what they did last time and bring a guy over from Raw who is languishing... EDGE!!! Rey vs Edge...Edge wins the WHC or RVD cashes in and wins WHC...

Wow. This is definitely surprising. Not him doing something questionable, but the fact that WWE acted on it. He is one of Smackdown's top stars, like him or not, and was advertised for the title match this week. I'd say it must have been pretty serious. My money would be on the recreational drug use idea. I think that was the same terminology for when Eugene was supended wasn't it? "Inappropriate behavior" ?

Lol, they'll probably edit the montage video to make it look like Rey pinned Angle or something. No Orton mention at all, unless they make up some story that Orton jumped Rey before the show and was suspended for that. It does f*** up Smackdown's Main Event picture for sure. Haha, considering how good the WWE's editing team is, I'm sure they could pull this off.

I'm thinking steroids. Maybe he's the first casualty of the new policy...

My guess is some sort of public report (arrest or disturbing the peace) will soon enough surface.

I don't think so, Orton is particularly small, doesn't look like he is on roides.

I am not claiming this as official, it was from a friend, but I think it is realistic.
I was told Randy was telling people the plan was for him to win friday.
Take it for what it's worth. It sure is possible.

Maybe they are holding Orton back until Batista is ready to return. People get sick of Orton pretty fast and they don't want his heat to die before Batista is back.
Just a theory...

Well. Interesting news. All I know is that it is a positive thing that WWE acted on it and actually suspended one of Smackdown's top talent. That renews my faith in them for the whole drug policy thing, whether this was drug related or not.
I'm not particularly happy, but I'm not unhappy either, I've kind of been apathetic towards Orton lately. At the very least, it'll make them shake things up on SD a little.

Lol, as if they haven't done enough "shaking" since last November. Still, I wonder how they will address this, if at all.

they should mention it, Vince can be very petty and i've got a feeling that the suspension isnt going to be the only punishment here
