maybe putting Zack Ryder was on TV was one of his demands when he called HHH! Should have held out for the Ice Cream bars

WWE will release those ice cream bars soon enough. Will they be wished well in their future endeavors?

Well then, it seems he's going to give the doofus a chance. Let's just hope the new boss isn't the same as the old boss. Cause he won't get fooled again.

I really thought the crowd would've been louder for Punk's return, it was almost disappointing how quiet they seemed when he came out.
I was expecting a huge ovation that would've practically blown the roof off the arena.

IT's just way too soon. Now it's just Cena vs. *insert name* again. If/When Cena beats Punk at SS I'm going to be done with wrestling for a long time.

What if Punk wins again? How long can this possibly go? Survivor Series? The Rumble? The LOGICAL finish, if not Cena, is Punk/Aytch, and I do not see that until Mania.

I was expecting a huge ovation that would've practically blown the roof off the arena. I think Cult Of Personality confused them. It's been about 6 years since Punk used that was his entrance theme, and even that was in a different company. They got louder once Punk came out and was visible.

If Punk wins again then he'll be the champion. That's it. He'll find a new challenger while Cena goes and does something else for a while. CM Punk is getting louder reactions than Cena, the show should focus on him for now. I know it's hard to imagine, and anytime there's a new champion I also just start wondering when they'll lose the belt to Cena, but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE

Re: why Punk didn't come out earlier, when Rey won, I think it makes a lot of sense. He knew Trips was trying to do things by the book (after talking to him at Comic-Con, Trips' face alignment was obvious), so he knew Cena was gonna get his rematch. Which has a greater impact on the psyche of the company... coming out to challenge Rey's right to carry the title when Rey may lose it later that night, or waiting and seeing who the long-term champ is gonna be?
He made a good call, because Cena won... and Cena's the guy he beat. It's even more meaningful to challenge HIS right to that title because he lost it, fair and square, and he never beat Punk to get it back. And Cena knows it. He chose exactly the right time to come out, to make the point he wanted to make. HE is the champion. You can have your title matches, you can make a new belt, but it's all just theater until you face him again.

He's starting to look more and more like Chris Keller from Oz.

Did Cena have a replica belt? Punk's belt looked noticeably bigger...and I think that's by design.

He's starting to look more and more like Chris Keller from Oz. Huh! I never really thought about that. Their mannerisms/attitude are definitely similar. And remember that story he told Beecher about being in Vegas with Bonnie? I can totally imagine Punk yelling, "I'm a god! I am a ******* god!" during sex.

Here's the thing...Punk coming back is awesome cause Punk rules hard. But with having Punk come back ALREADY doesn't that kind of take out the really interesting part of the angle and turn it into just another (insert name here) vs. John Cena angle? I mean....we already know how that wil end... With Alberto Dellllllllll Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiooooooooooooo!!!!! But you.....you already know that.

I'm really looking forward to finding out just what Triple H has offered Punk to get him to return!
This is a great storyline! I hope the reveal for what Trips offered is something which will give Raw a cliffhanger ending next week too.

It would be cool to have places where Cena gets cheered more than Punk and then other places where Punk gets more cheers, like the Hart Foundation in 97, I loved that dynamic. When Punk gets a better ovation in both his AND Cena's hometown, I can't imagine any scenario where Cena gets cheered over Punk. For the last time, Cena has never gotten a big babyface reaction in his hometown. EVER. Why people make a big deal of Cena not getting cheered in his hometown I'll never know.

Gotta say, I don't mind him trolling Cena, especially if it means maybe Cena won't be champion for the goddamn billionth time. Umm, Cena is the current champion.

Also, in the video, Punk is clearly playing a babyface role.

I mean....we already know how that wil end... I suspect that Punk will explain what it took to get him to come back. It should be very interesting. That may end up being a bigger part of the storyline that Punk leaving. Who knows? We have to wait and see.
