Main Event Rock vs Cena
WWE Championship Punk vs HHH
WH Championship Danielson vs Orton
Other Matches Rey Mysterio vs Sin Cara
Christian vs The Miz
The Streak Undertaker vs Someone Who Will Do The Job
And that's all I really care about.
The rest would be filler, given WWE's lack of talent depth and marginalised mid-card, tag team and women's divisions

Note: post-match Layla could show up and outright tell that she was away for injury and not pregnancy)

My card and the reasons behind it:
The Rock barely beats Cena in a hard-fought, back and forth match. The storyline here has written itself. I had Rock go over because it's his hometown, he arguably deserves a "Thank You" title win for coming back and drawing the company extra money two years in a row, and with a year to prepare for his comeback match it's not so hard to believe that Rock could win. Besides, Cena winning only to get booed out of the building has been done. Afterward, Del Rio cashes in on Rock and wins, drawing major heat and putting the focus back on today's stars as Cena will go on to chase the title against the new champion.
Owner!Triple H stacks the deck against The Undertaker in their rematch. Triple H is one of the few guys I can see realistically retiring Undertaker at this point, and they established this year that it's the only way to successfully kill 'Taker's character off, so that's what I'd do. HHH gets HBK as the referee, and assigns various outside-ring duties to Undertaker's other former WM opponents. I know the idea of Streak victims coming back for revenge has been done, but I like that idea so I'm stealing it. Shawn calls the match fairly, while 'Taker takes out all the other interference before falling to the Pedigree. Before counting, Shawn can even do the 'I'm sorry, I love you" bit again.
Sin Cara vs Rey. How I'd build this would depend on a few things. In a perfect world Sin Cara isn't in trouble and plans to stay long-term, while Rey's career is definitely winding down. These two can have a great face vs face match, a great match period, but I think 'Mania deserves something a bit bigger. Rey is jealous of Sin Cara's popularity and turns heel a few months before 'Mania. This allows him to go out on his back and pass the torch, as they say.
Kharma vs Bella Twins, since she'll be back just in time to get payback. Kharma wins the Handicap match and tries to re-establish herself.
Big Show vs Shaq is rumored. A nice, short match where the celebrity somehow goes over, since that's kind of the rule in wrestling. Perhaps interference from whoever Show is going to feud with post-Mania.
A Battle Royal to get more guys on the card.
In my scenario, Daniel Bryan already cashed in on Christian on the SmackDown after MITB. Bryan won thanks to interference from Orton, continuing the "Five Day Reign" angle and giving Orton and Christian a reason to continue the feud without the belt involved. I'm thinking Bryan has a few successful title defenses against a challenger of the month, including eventually CM Punk. He drops the belt along the way thanks to Michael Cole, who can't take the guy's success anymore. Cole throws a few guys in the way, but Bryan goes through them and at 'Mania, Bryan finally gets his hands on Cole.
Not sure what else to do at the moment honestly. Things can change so much between now and then, especially with the angles currently going on. Hope this was a decent attempt at fantasy booking.

WWE Championship: John Cena (c) vs. The Rock
At first I really didn't want this match to be for the championship, but the most important match on the card should be for the title. And this will undoubtedly be the most important match on the card. Rock wins and gets a short run, planting the seeds for Cena's official turn.
Triple H vs. CM Punk
This will end here. Punk will be back at the Rumble and face Triple H, who will be a full blown heel by then.
20-0: The Undertaker vs. Sting
I know this is a bold and unlikely prediction, but in all likelihood this will be Undertakers last match, and there is no one on the roster that is suitable for Taker's last match. WWE should go all out to get Sting to do this one match. If it just can't happen, I think Taker should go with Kane for his last match. Seems fitting.
World Heavyweight Championship: The Miz (c) vs. Daniel Bryan
Here's how I see this playing out: The Miz loses a "Loser leaves RAW" match to Alex Riley. Eventually he wins the World title. Bryan cashes in his MITB briefcase at WM just like he said he would. The Miz and Bryan of course already have a history, so they'll pick up where they left off. They'll also have the added angle of Bryan wanting to do the honorable thing and cash in his title shot fair and square, unlike Miz who went the sneak attack route. Hard work vs. short cuts.
Rey Mysterio vs. Sin Cara
Dream match. No other place for it besides Mania. 10 minute opening match to set the pace for the night.
Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes
Orton is too important to wrestle a filler match, and him and Cody have a history. They could have a pretty good little match and feud.
Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barret (c) vs. Chris Jericho
We already have one NXT pro vs. rookie match so this one could happen too. Jericho goes for a record breaking IC title win and the promos would be epic.
US Championship Ladder match: Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. John Morrison
To make up for last year. Let 'em cut loose and show what they can do.
Obligatory Diva's match
There's gonna be one so...whatever. Unless Kharma is back by then, in which case her vs. Beth
RAW vs. SmackDown 10 man tag: Winning team gets first 2 draft picks in annual draft, as well as special favors from brand's GM for up to a year (including title shots, Royal Rumble or MITB spot, etc.):
RAW; Big Show, Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger, Alex Riley, Evan Bourne vs. SmackDown; Kane, Mark Henry, Ted Dibiase, Justin Gabriel, Christian
Mostly filler match to get more people on the card, but I figure make it for something. What's up for grabs can be rearranged.
Couldn't find a spot for Alberto or R-Truth but they deserve a spot...maybe involve them in the US title match.

Rock vs Cena
WWE Title Triple H vs CM Punk
World Title Randy Orton vs Wade Barrett
Rey Mysterio, Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston vs Mark Henry, Christian and Cody Rhodes
Undertaker vs Chris Jericho?
Big Show vs Kane
This is very weak, but predicting WM this early is never quite right
