None of my friends currently watch wrestling, but some of them used to when we were kids. I don't know if I'd describe any of them as marks, but they definitely weren't smarks either. Basically, they all knew wrestling was "fake," but they didn't follow backstage news or know any of the insider terms. They also tended to have their own favourites, rather than just following the standard cheer the face/boo the heel mentality (one guy always hated the Rock because he thought his catchphrases were stupid; another's favourite wrestler was X-Pac, even after his heel turn).

My cousin is pretty much a mark. He hates the heels for using heelish tactics. (Except the original Nexus. He thought that was the greatest thing ever.)

I'm not sure there are any pure 'marks' left. Of course, mark could mean a lot of different things. Do you mean people who think it's real? Or are you going by Al Snow's definition, where everyone is a mark besides the two guys in the ring? Or do you mean people who do what they're supposed to and cheer for faces and boo heels?
Assuming we're talking about something resembling the third, my younger brother is 21 and a huge Cena/Orton fan. He looked shocked when I told him my two favorite wrestlers are Punk (this was a few months ago) and Del Rio.
