As for myself:
WCW Halloween Havoc 1994 (Hulk Hogan vs. Ric Flair in a Cage, Flair is forced to "retire".)
WWF House Show - March 1997 (I remember only two things about this event: My little brother got a pair of Shawn Michaels gloves, and I got a pair of British Bulldog wristbands; and some chick crying because a drunk guy vomited on the back of her Sycho Sid shirt.)
WCW Monday Nitro - August 1997 (Lex Luger beats Hollywood Hogan to bring the World Heavyweight Championship back to WCW.)
WWF Raw is War - April 1999 (The Rock throws Stone Cold off of the Ambassador Bridge)
WWF Survivor Series 1999 (We thought we were gonna get Stone Cold vs. Rock vs. HHH, and Big Show ends up leaving with the title, all because Rikishi had to "do it for da Rock".)
WWF Raw is War - March 2002 (Chris Jericho runs over HHH's dog, epic main event of Hogan/Hall/Nash vs. Rock/Austin.)
WWE Saturday Night's Main Event - March 2006 (First SNME in almost 15 years; Mickie James turns on Trish Stratus, and Shane McMahon beats HBK in a Street Fight due to Vince calling for the bell during a Sharpshooter.)
WWE Wrestlemania 23 (Enough said. Epic atmosphere.)
WWE Royal Rumble 2009 (Melina beats Beth Phoenix for the Women's title, Randy Orton wins the Rumble.)
My parents and older siblings went to Wrestlemania VI, Survivor Series 1991, and Summerslam 1993; but unfortunately, I was not born yet, not even a month old, and not old enough for those events in order. They need to have another Summerslam in Detroit again so I can complete my Big 4!

The last time I went to a live event, some guy sat at the top of the ramp and ranted about ass-kissing yes men for five minutes wearing a Stone Cold T-shirt. I wonder what happened to that guy?

I'm proud to say I've only been to 4 TV or PPV events, but I've caught David Arquette winning the WCW World title (Syracuse), and the Brisco/Patterson hardcore evening gown match (2000 KOTR in Boston).
The other two were televised RAWs in Syracuse. The first was the Sid/Hart steel cage match right before Mania where Austin kept interfering on behalf of Hart (because he was facing Hart at mania and that would have been a title match if Hart went in as champion), and Undertaker kept interfering on behalf of Sid (because Taker had the mania match with Sid that would have been a title match if Sid went is as champion).....afterwards Hart got pissed as dropped the "this is bull***t" line after shoving Vince to the ground (both big deals at the time)
The other RAW a year or two later wasn't as eventful, but it did have Austin showing up in a suit, teasing that he had given in become Vince's "corporate champion"...of course, it ended up with Austin hitting Vince in the groin.

Sadly, I never got to go to any WCW or ECW ones. So out of what I remember:
1994 WWF House Show, part of the "Hart Attack Tour". Double main event was Bret defending against Neidhart and Undertaker vs. Yokozuna in a casket match.
2002 Smackdown where Rock returned, the week after Hogan and Edge won the tag titles together.
2003 Raw...all I remember is there was a Goldberg/Christian cage match and it was the last televised appearance of Blassie.
Royal Rumble 2004 Last Smackdown before WrestleMania XX WrestleMania XX
A Raw before Summerslam...I remember the Dark Match was Triple H, JBL and Shawn Michaels vs. John Cena, Batista and Hulk Hogan.
The Smackdown where Kurt Angle won the World Heavyweight Championship in a battle royal.
A house show in AC one time.
A "Supershow" that had both Raw and Smackdown taped...followed the next night by... The ECW that had Big Show win the ECW Title.
The Smackdown/ECW tapings the night after Vince's Limo blew up.
Survivor Series 2006
Raw the night after the 2008 Royal Rumble
2008 Slammy Awards...the won where Beth won Diva of the Year.
A Raw during the early days of the Nexus story...the night where they attacked Ricky Steamboat and the others.
2010 King of the Ring Raw.
...I do plan on going to this upcoming week's Smackdown tapings as long as there are tickets still available and I have good tips this weekend.

Off the top of my head
Wrestlemania XX,
Triple H's MSG return,
the Raw in MSG where they announced Triple H's impending return from his second Quad Tear against King Booker
Fatal Four Way (The PPV that started and ended with Daniel Bryan chants),
Raw and Smackdown at Nassau this year,
MVP vs. Evander Holyfield for SNME,
Smackdown debut of the Invasion at MSG where Palumbo and O'haire as well as Torrie Wilson debuted not to mention the first sighting of the fabled HurriKANErana on Albert.
A House show that was Hosted by Macho Man Randy Savage at Nassau Colliseum which was the first live event I'd ever been to... I don't remember anything about it but Savage was there as well as the Smoking Guns.
and I'm sure there is a bunch of other times that I can't think of at the moment:P

Monday Night Raw, February 1997 (the night after Final Four) - Bret Hart loses WWF Title to Sid after match had to be restarted twice from Stone Cold interference, Davey Boy Smith fired Calrence Mason (this was the Shotgun taping), Owen Hart vs. 2 Cold Scorpio.
WWF House Show, September 1997 (the night before Ground Zero) - Undertaker vs. Bret Hart, Owen Hart & Davey Boy Smith vs. Dude Love & Jerry Lawler (subbing for Stone Cold), The Godwinns vs. Legion Of Doom
WWE Smackdown, November 2002 (two weeks after Survivor Series) - Chris Benoit & Kurt Angle vs. Chavo & Eddie Guerrero, Edge & Rey Misterio vs. Matt Hardy & John Cena, Big Show vs. Fabulous Moolah
WWE Smackdown, December 2005 - Chris Benoit vs. Booker T, JBL vs. Rey Mistero, JBL & Orlando Jordan vs. Rey Misterio & Batista (Batista was coughing through the entire match)
A multitude of crappy CWA events.
WWE Raw, Family Reunion 3 hour special 2006 (the night after No Mercy) - Undertaker vs. John Cena, Kane vs. Umaga (really good match, actually) Chris Benoit vs. Shelton Benjamin, Degeneration X vs. Cade & Murdoch, Booker T vs. Rob Van Dam, Rated RKO forms
TNA houseshow "Joe vs. Steiner, II" - AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels vs. Chris Sabin & Jay Lethal (absolutely incredible match... one of the two best I've ever seen in person), Scott Steiner vs Samoa Joe, Ron Killings vs. Petey Williams, Bobby Roode vs. Eric Young (fantastic show, probably the overall best I've attended as far as in ring quality)
WWE Raw, March 2008 (week before Wrestlemania 24) - "Old Yeller" promo between Shawn Michaels and Ric Flair, MVP & Carlito vs. Chris Jericho & CM Punk, Ric Flair/Shawn Michaels/HHH/John Cena vs. Umaga/JBL/Big Show/Randy Orton, and a notably bad match between Val Venis and Snitsky.
Wrestlemania 27 - Undertaker vs. HHH, Randy Orton vs. CM Punk, Edge vs. Alberto Del Rio, and a ton of stupid shit.
