At least most people I can see a real reason for the employment for. But Johnny Curtis and ol' Silent Rage would be out on their asses immediately.

Smelly Kelly - bland, boring, fake and SHE SMELLS (CONFIRMED BY THE BELLAS) Tyler Reks - how is he still employed? Husky Harris - HE'S FAT. I can also do without ever hearing "army tank with ferrari engine" ever again. I just don't like him. Matt Stryker - MARK OUT TO THIS BRO, YOUUUUUUUUUU'REEEE FIIIIIIIIIIIIREEED Rey Mysterio - good worker but so sick of him. he's just boring and annoying. JTG - YOYOYOYOYO without Shad you SUCK. Silent Rage - really? you have the charisma of a piece of dog poo ... or Bobby Lashley same thing.

I can't really think of someone I can make up a legitimate reason for firing. Mysterio gets on my nerves like nobody else, but that'd just be a stupid move to get rid of the guy.

This thread is a good example of why most of us would put the company out of business - personal feelings should have no influence on matters of business. Fire Rey because you dislike him? Really?
Instead of cutting the "dead wood", how about using them? Reks, Masters, Kidd, et al have been given about five minutes of push between them and people wonder why they're floundering?
That said, it's hard to make a case for keeping Otunga, I must admit.

Great Khali- you now have Jinder to build as a megastar, so khali's waste of space to me Kelly ,The Bellas & Rosa Mendez- bland, botch machines, and one of the bellas sound like a man Ted Dibiase- too many failed attempts and never got over, sorry bro Vickie Guerrerro- she's lost weight, and widow of eddie, but excuse doesnt even get the nuclear heat it used to King- im sick of this guy as a announcer, terrible analogies, even worse story telling.

I wouldn't fire David Otunga or Mason Ryan.
I'd fire the majority of the WWE Developmental trainers, since they're the ones that let them down.

They should rebuild Kane with a new look like face paint and have him go monster heel.
Then have him and Undertaker face one last time.

still I'll give you Masters and Kidd but Reks? what case is there for keeping the guy? he hasn't even been on Superstars in months and has shown nothing compared to the rest of the superstars cast. Reks had a super-brief stint on SmackDown and a few matches with Masters on Superstars before being drafted. Hardly what I call being given a chance to get over. With a roster as big as it is there's no need to keep trotting out Dolph vs Kofi, Miz vs Riley, and the endless variations of The same five or six guys on Superstars every week. Where is the harm in mixing it up? People tune out of the midcard because it's nothing they haven't seen a million times before. There's no mobility, no variation. Feuds these days seem to result in two guys fighting each other exclusively, occasionally having a tag match involving two other guys who are feuding, and when the feud ends they swap someone else in and follow the exact same pattern.

I would fire almost no one on the main roster. I would instead focus on finding a use for everyone, using underutilized and less talented wrestlers in tag teams to hide their flaws, use most of the divas as valets to avoid having them wrestle, etc.
The announce team would change as well. Josh Matthews and Matt Striker for RAW, Scott Stanford and William Regal for SmackDown. Cole would be a heel manager and Lawler would be utilized backstage as an agent or with the booking. Booker would wrestle part time and be a trainer.
I would make a LOT of cuts to developmental. Most of the generic FCW clones would be gone, and I'd have a massive talent scouting in the indies as well as around the world, with occasional offers for truly stand out collegiate athletes. I'd also establish working deals with feds in Japan and Mexico and have some of the greener developmental talent spend 6 months-year overseas in addition to their time in developmental.

I'd reprise the Eric Bischoff incident with the writers. I don't know how many fit in a garbage truck, but we'd find out.
