Just watching Superstars on YouTube. Ryder got a decent pop but he didn't out-pop Santino like the spoilers said and in fairness i'm not surprised. I could hear the crowd chanting 'WOO.. WOO.. WOO' with Zack as well during the match.
Josh & Scott mentioned the Internet title, Z! True Long Island Story, told people to buy the t-shirt and Justin Roberts introduced him as "The Long Island Iced Z.. Zack Ryder!"
Awesome.
EDIT: Just reached the end of the match, Ryder wins with the Rough Ryder.. big pop ;D Along with 'Let's go Ryder!' chants when Santino was in control.
The last shot is Ryder yelling on the ramp: 'LIKE ME ON FACEBOOK, FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER AND BUY THE T-SHIRT BRO!'

Yeah, I was there on Monday, and from where I was sitting, he out popped Santino by a good portion.

It's taped thus dubbing is enforced I don't believe for one second that Vince tells the production team: "We've got a guy getting over. He's outpopping our comedy jobber, make sure you fix that in post production."

One thing that surprised me is that the commentary kinda made the match seem like face vs face. I thought Ryder was going to be playing heel.

I also don't believe the fasination that Vince isn't pushing Ryder becuase he got himself over. Look at Punk, Cabana, and pretty much every wrestler from other organizations. Vince didn't shape and mold them, thus they don't deserve anything in his mind. Or at least that's the reasoning I can think of.

I was at Raw, and Ryder did get a major pop for his entrance. I was always on the fence about his popularity, but he's definetly over with the live crowd.

An idiot could tell cheers were dubbed in - you look at the clapping, amused happy crowd, and then you hear the canned heat... you're naive.

If the house shows are something to go after. He is. It's just that the spoilers said he was playing heel, that's why I was surprised. Not surprised people attending the show thought he was supposed to be heel though. He was trying to avoid the cobra, which could be seen as cowardly and therefore heel. Since you know, WWE logic dictates you should face your opponent's finisher LIKE A MAN. Loving seeing Ryder as a face though. Even though it's Superstars, it's still nice to watch him winning matches.

Even though it's Superstars, it's still nice to watch him winning matches. He's actually starting to accumulate a nice little win/loss record for the year. Sure, 9-13 doesn't sound that great, but it's better than what it could be.

Sure, 9-13 doesn't sound that great, but it's better than what it could be. He is on a winning streak right now, isn't he? He hasn't lost since Long Island. Beat Primo, then Drew, now Santino. THE ALMIGHTY KING OF SUPERSTARS!He is to Superstars what Cena is to Raw and what Orton is to Smackdown!
