I know they'll get name changes, but I hope they keep the "Hero" and "Claudio" parts of their respective names. You could give Hero any decent first name and he'd still have a great ring name.

They can be brought in as a tag team or as singles since they've been big names before teaming up in ROH iirc.

I almost didn't see this on the first page! I really hope this happens. If it does, I think truly does mark a good turn for the future of the WWE.
I know some will slag them as mere indie darlings, but I think it makes sound business sense to have guys with tremendous in ring talent on your roster. Plus, if this is true, here are two seasoned guys (heels potentially) that could work Sin Cara. Especially Hero. That alone makes them more valuable I think.
I know we are still skeptical that Triple H has had his hands in these recent signings, but he has made a believer out of me, and especially with guys like Michaels, Regal, and Waltman at his ear, (the latter two especially, for having indie connections) I think we could anticipate great new talents being added to the roster, and not just ones from American indies.
Again, we may be jumping the gun, but I would absolutely love to see the KOW in WWE. I'm not worried about their names, because whatever they are, I am confident that both guys could get their name and themselves over, singles or as as tag team. It shall be fun to see!

This would get me watching the show again. Of course, WWE still doesn't seem to care about tag teams...
I know that's not terribly important. They're both great individually. but I like tag teams, darn it.

Hero and Castagnoli would be perfect for WWE - they've faced nearly everyone in the indies and done everything, and they've gone everywhere too, including Japan, South America, Australia and Europe. The WWE is the only world to conquer, but first they'll need to get other teams for them to face. Hero and Claudio would fit in well in the midcard as singles wrestlers too, getting title shots.

I dont know if it would be such a good idea, while i like the guys, and admire their work, the WWE is something that might not do them good at all.No doubt people would jump on the companies back for various reasons if they start jobbing, misused and given ridiculous names, all of which are highly likely to happen to them if they did sign.

Thats likely to happen to everyone. I don't see why they shouldn't take the chance. At worst, they're misused, and go back to the Indy scene as martyrs, with a little bit of big time exposure.

I could see Claudio being just "Claudio" a la Sheamus.

I could see Claudio being just "Claudio" a la Sheamus. I'm having a vision of the future: Claudio brings up his "Very European" gimmick and sticks with just the first name. I think you could get some good vignettes out of this: Claudio at a coffee house, in front of famous landmarks, etc. And at the end of every one, it just signs off "CLAUDIO". Kind of make him seem like a really refined guy, then he comes in and starts uppercutting the hell out of everyone.

The Briscoes have had ton of dark matches/WWE tryouts the past two years and nothing have come from them... Don't get your hopes up.
Hero and Claudio do fit the WWE look a bit better, though... esp Claudio.

If they signed Hero does anyone think it might be an attempt to keep Punk from leaving, but this could be good news and maybe the restart of the tag division

Hero and Claudio tore it up at Best in the World yesterday. My guess is that WWE didn't sign them last week out of professional courtesy since they were booked for that big show.
Now that that's over though, should be really exciting to see what happens next. These two are definitely the best heavyweights the Indies have to offer right now and they have just about anything WWE could ask for out of a new recruit.
