I like it, other than the bizarre thing with Bischoff.

Why is big show on the cover and not Booker T or Scott Steiner or hell anyone...How long was big show in WCW for anyways? I know Booker and Steiner had to be in WCW longer then him.

Kind of odd that they would use a WWE image of Hall, Nash, and Hogan...

Remember when people used to go to WCW shows? God, has anyone seen Uncensored 2000? That show was dead and the Nitros were barely attracting 2000 people at that point. I hope this focuses on the glory days of WCW and its midcard. The main event scene there was mostly a joke until, ironically, all the old boys left and things hit the downward spiral.

So what you're saying is Goldberg shouldn't be on the cover because he was only there 3 years, less than the Giant. Reminds me of the time Axl Rotten complained to Tommy Dreamer that Justin Credible had 6 different T-shirt designs while he only had one and felt he should have more T-shirts because he was in the company longer.

I'm not crazy about the cover and I find the lack of Disco Inferno and Alex Wright disturbing but I will probably end up buying this.

Was kind of hoping for the traditional Nitro Set' picture complete with the fireworks going off. Perhaps a cameo of the "Magic" Norman Smiley doing his big wiggle as well.

I never really watched WCW growing up, was always a WWE loyalist. So, just out of curiosity, what gives away the nWo picture as being from their WWE run? A couple things to me 1. Hogan rarely wore a proper "nWo" shirt when he was in the NWO. He wore a Hollywood Hogan shirt. If he did he usually had the belt, and a slightly different bandana 2. He rarely appeared with Hall and Nash outside of the first few months of the angle. They would all be out there as one large group, but as for just the three of them it was just in the very beginning. Nash's hair gives away that this certainly isn't right at the beginning of the angle.

Hell, I wasn't even watching wrestling in those early days of the nWo (started regularly with Raw in 1998, though had seen a bit of WCW in 95) and I could tell. Hall's too pudgy and as mentioned Nash's hair isn't right. Granted, the reasons you listed are probably why they went with a WWE picture.

I've watched about half of the doc portion on Netflix, and haven't been impressed. By far the best thing so far was Jericho vs Rey Mysterio.

Has anybody bought this dvd? How is it? Is it worth getting? The first two discs are fantastic, but whilst the overall quality of the third disc is much lower, it does have the best match on it - DDP vs. Sting from early 1999.

DDP looks like Syxx dressed as Ric Flair from the Horsemen parody.

What sadder....That only 3 men on the cover haven't work in TNA or only 1 man on the cover haven't work in WWE?

What sadder....That only 3 men on the cover haven't work in TNA or only 1 man on the cover haven't work in WWE? How can this be sad? A job is a job and you do what you are good at. You wouldn't expect any of these guys who invested much of their youth to training as professional wrestlers to try and get a career in accounting as much as a guy who has his CPA deciding to become a pro wrestler suddenly, right. I think whats sad is that the sale of WCW by the Time Warner suits lead to an overtly unbalanced pro wrestling market for the last decade.

so they already own the wcw library, when even put the wwe logo on it?! jeez......talk about insecure Because they put their logo on everything they produce. It's good marketing, and keeps the WWE name and logo in as many places as possible. Also, there is a whole group of people that didn't watch WCW because they were WWF loyalists, and a whole new generation of kids and teens that are too young to remember it. Having the WWE seal of approval on the dvd cover might make a whole lot of people purchase it that may never have given it a shot othewise.

Looking at it again, I'm shocked I (or anybody else for that matter) didn't make a joke about Bischoff appearing like he's pointing at Paul Wight's "Big Show".
