I can't honestly remember seeing the spelling "Brett Hart" since about 1993 on a fan's sign. Do people actually make that mistake as much as the internet would have one believe?

The one name that I see misspelled more than any other is Curt Hennig. For whatever reason, people want to put a third "n" in there which makes me go "er.....".
(Puns that only I get! Hurrah!)

I swear on an episode of superstars, there was a graphic that said "Jeff Harvey" and this was well before Mike Adamle worked for the WWE.
Oh, I also seen Eddie Guerrero's first name spelled "Eddy".

Oh, I also seen Eddie Guerrero's first name spelled "Eddy". Wasn't it spelt that way in Mexico and during his early WCW days?

Tommasso Ciampa just sounds like a nightmare for most people to spell on their first try. I certainly couldn't pull it off.

Curt Henni(n)g is the one I see the most. Heck, I have to check myself every now and then to make sure I'm not adding the n.
Best misspelling ever has to be the "AUTSIN" sign from earlier this year on Raw.
EDIT: Oh. And "Ray Mysterio".
