Have they explained why Joe is facing Crimson? Or do they just need someone to feed Crimson's "winning streak"?

Have they explained why Joe is facing Crimson? Or do they just need someone to feed Crimson's "winning streak"? Joe squashed Amazing Red, and seemingly turned heel by attacking him after the match. Crimson made the save and attacked Joe. I assume, since Joe was once undefeated and Crimson is now "undefeated"... it would only make sense for Joe to put over the new "undefeated" guy. Meh

Joe also walked out on Crimson twice while Abyss beat the hell out of him, not bothering to make the save. They then had a backstage confrontation. Add that to the 'streak' stuff theyve been bringing up a lot, as well as Joe killing Red, and id say thats decent grounds for a match.

So, the storyline is that no one in this company can keep their alignment straight for more than ten minutes. Cool.

Have to say, I'm really looking forward to Shelley/Storm vs TBI. I have a feeling that's going to be a good match.
I want to see how Steiner vs Mike Matt Morgan turns out too.

There's atleast one thing good, Angle vs. Jarret is their last match together.
I just don't know how much longer Jarret is gonna be able to bring good performances out of Angle.

DVD rental worthy card for the Beer Machine, AJ Styles, and Angle vs. JJ matches. Although Angle vs. JJ should have ended two months ago.

Im glad that people even complain about the things that make sense on Impact. Yeah, the build-up for most of these matches has made sense. Steiner attacked Morgan two months ago, cost him a match against Jarrett, etc. Now is, presumably, the part where Morgan gets revenge. Ray injured Styles with a powerbomb through a table a few months back, and they've been at each other ever since. Now is, again presumably, the blow-off where AJ wins decisively. Angle and Jarrett is self-explanatory as it has gone on for years months. Anderson and Sting have also been in a program for a while with Anderson looking for a 1-on-1 rematch. Whether or not the booking for these has been good or not, the majority of these matches themselves all have months of backstory to them. Hopefully Morgan beats Steiner and Styles beats Ray here. Morgan especially should be main eventing right now. He has the size, look, and improvement on the mic to be a star.

Not the greatest of cards there.
I'm pinning my hopes for a good show on the tag match, Styles v Ray and Angle v Jarrett.
Abyss has not had a good match for a long time (against Angle three or so years ago, IIRC), and I expect him to drag down the X Division match.
Angle v Jarrett should logically end with a win to Angle, who then goes on to take the title from Sting. If Jarrett wins, it not only sets up a Jarrett title match against Sting, which seems a bit odd, but also prolongs the tired feud - since Angle would naturally have to try to get his medal back. Then again, perhaps that will be the excuse for him going off to try out for the 2012 Olympics.
There's three potentially very bad matches there - lazy Joe v green Crimson, Steiner v Morgan and the main event.

I know TNA plays two different versions of their commercials leading up to their PPVs (one just hyping the PPV and it's stars and one hyping the matches). What I don't understand is why I kept seeing commercials for the PPV at work...on sports channels...the past two nights leading up to the PPV...and never once did they play the commercial hyping the matches. That just seems counterproductive to me. If you're going to buy the time on major sports networks, push the card. I didn't even realize the PPV was tonight and I saw the commercial ten times in the past two days.
