I think that other then Gallows its a slim list. Although I wouldn't want TNA to pick up Gallows they have enough big guys like Abyss, Morgan, Terry, and Hernandez one more would be overkill.

Vance archer is really underrated. You wouldnt know it from watching wwe but he's a great big guy. He can do moonsaults and hoytamania was excellent and shows he has charisma. He's also good in tag teams, the gatecrashers could of been a great team if they had more of an engine behind them. I would prefer it if he went to roh or japan to refine and remould and find a better character for himself though.
Tiffany is kinda unneccessary,so cal val and christy hemme already fill the non wrestler on screen character role. Jillian is great but she wouldnt fit in really.
Shad is underrated as well but he needs alot of work. He's learned how to work in a tag team, not so much in a singles capacity. And the sum of the whole is greater than the parts. He needs jtg, where as jtg by contrast is a very competent singles guy.
Caylen Croft is one of the bigger wastes of talent theyve ever had in wwe. The dudebusters could of been wwes version of mcmgs but eh tna already has the mcmgs. I think he'd just get lost in the shuffle. I'd once again just prefer he went to roh or japan.
Luke Gallows is the person i dont get why they fired. I'm not saying i ever thought he'd be a main eventer but he filled the bodyguard slightly agile big guy role to perfection and they need that frequently. I think for example if they had paired him up with tyson kidd instead of jackson andrews it would of gone alot smoother. He could of been an upper midcarder like mark henry is. a convincing big man who never gets the big one. Tna could probably use someone like him.

I can see Gallows and Shad going to Japan to up their skills, much like Giant Bernard and Tomko. In the long run, it would be the better choice for these two young guys over going to TNA.

Paul Burchill has mostly left the world of pro wrestling to become a fire fighter. I really don't see TNA being able to get the guy. Maybe his sister can ask him nicely. Paul's married and has two kids now....he wants to provide for them, no luck for the sister.

Jillian was actually a wrestler, not model turned wrestler, so TNA can use her wrestling talents instead of bad gimmicks she gotten at WWE. But I think she might just want to settle down with her new husband?

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaasseeeeeeeee sign Jillian!!!! I miss her. Alot.
And I didn't know her and Chad Toland got married, I thought they were still dating or engaged.
EDIT: Just checked the facts. It wasn't Chad Toland, but John Toland. Her and John broke up. She married some new guy in September. My bad!

TNA need to go into a hiring freeze until they open up a least 10 roster slots. Basically they are hiring people just sit around and wait for a turn at bat.

Hoyt can come back. Just make sure he checks his Guitar Hero controller at the door.

I like Hoyt, good big-man, could put him in a tag-team with Kendrick. Wish the "yet another WWE future endeavor" stigma wasn't on him.

I comend the board for the posts in this thread. There are far far less " they'll sign em all just because they were in WWE" posts than usual in these type subjects. Good on ya guys/girls

I can see them bringing in Jillian, just to keep ramming home the point that she is the greatest professional wrestler ever with Hall as a surname.
C'mon Bischoff, you know you want too!
