man... people on this thread all must be really young... let me dive into old-school and say that my most-looked-forward-to WM was also wrestlemania VI, with the Hogan/Warrior main event... That was around the pinnacle of my markish kiddy love for the WWF...

I anticipated Wrestlemanias every year, but the problem is I never had pay per view and never got the chance to watch any of them.
That was until Wrestlemania 20, which I had the chance to watch. It was my second only pay per view that I've watched live ever (my first was SummerSlam 2000). And man, that was my all time favourite Wrestlemania out of them all.

Wrestlemania 14 - I was a huge HBK and DX fan before they turned face so I was pumped to see Shawn taking on Austin who I despised at the time. The build up was so good because Austin never was able to lay a finger on Shawn untill Mania because of his injury and Shawn outsmarting him. Hell, I even remember being pumped to see Marc Mero vs. Goldust which I think was a fued that started on Shotgun Saturday Night.
Also, honorable mentions go to Wrestlemania 18 because I was a huge nWo/Hogan mark and couldn't wait to see him beat the low brow catch phrase spewing Rock. The Rock is great, but as a face he was so one dimensional.
This years Mania I'm really pumped for as well because it will be my first ever Mania, my first wrestling show in about 4 years, and my first time seeing HBK in a match.

My most hyped Wrestlemania was Wrestlemania 2000. I was still a mark back then, as were all my friends. It was at a time when wrestling was back as a huge deal, and it was all anybody could talk about at my school, wheras usually it's just me and my friends. It was amazing just how hyped that event was.

Every Wrestlemania since 5. I am a Grad student in college and still cant wait for Mania this sunday. I am driving 3 hours to my hometown to watch the event with friends that I have watched every Wrestlemania since 12 with. They say you lose interest in Wrestling as you grow older, but i can tell you, at 23, that is not the case for me. QFT I'll be 27 in a week, and still watch.

It was Mania 3. I was seven years old and had NO idea how the Hulkster was going to defeat Andre, on the edge of my seat the entire time, and then after the slam and the legdrop, jubilation like crazy. Sometimes I'd give anything to feel that way again.

WrestleMania 20. I'm sorry, but anyone who didn't mark for "The Crippler" isn't a real fan.

Why do people always talk about how you're a dumbass if you don't like Randy Orton or Edge? Chris Benoit busted his butt for 20 years and earned that World Title belt. For those wondering...this is not flaming or trolling. This is my honest opinion. If you want trolling, I can point you to a board where people actually troll.

WM6 was my most anticipated. Hogan / Warrior is a main event with a hype level that no WM can get anywhere near, let alone equal. QFT! To me it was even bigger than Hogan-Andre, because I really had no idea about the winner. I'll add WM X because I was (and still am) a Hitman mark, and I really wanted to see Bret taking his revenge on Yokozuna. The goofy finish was a bit anticlimatic, but Bret won, so who cares.

Never said Beniot didn't deserve it cause he did, and thats more than I can say about that midget Rey.

I'd rather see the belt on a guy the size of a five year old than on a guy who acts like one (Randy Orton).

Okay guys, break it up, lol! I think the Benoit title win was so awesome because of all the people (me included) who remember him from when he started out in ECW, of how WCW misused him, of when he came to the WWE for the first time, and basically how he has worked his ass off for over a decade to get to where he is.
As for Rey.....well, I really don't want to see him win. Not because of his size, but because he'd put 'Eddie Guerrero tribute' mode into overdrive ("This is for you Eddie! I'll wear your t-shirts Eddie! I'll grasp as much popularity as I can from your death Eddie!")

Wrestle Mania X. I was 8 years old at the time and I loved seeing the ad's for the event on WWF Magazine with headling "10 years in the making". That and I wanted to see Bret recapture the belt. Which thankfully he did.

I'd rather see the belt on a guy the size of a five year old than on a guy who acts like one (Randy Orton). I just rather see Angle retain.

Since I went to X-8, I was obviously the most excited for that.
Otherwise, I'd say Wrestlemania X because it was the first PPV my parents let me get and Wrestlemania XII because of the Iron Man Match build-up. I still get excited for Wrestlemanias, but the fact that I was young for those two also added to the excitement/anticipation.

WM22.....seriously, I was looking forward to WM8,10 (because I really thought Luger was going to get the title) and 17.
