Undertaker. Everyone always defends his ridiculous booking and his beating of people who should be going over him.

Rick Flair cant stand the guy and dont see why he gets so much love on the boards. As a wrestler he seems horrible whether its those pathetic Flair spots (On the Macho DVD theres a match where does them completely away from the story being told in the ring and Savages face is like WTF ;D ) As a person he just comes across as a broke shill who kisses arse on anyone who gives him a paycheck. His comments on Bret and Owens death were disgraceful and his jabs at Macho and Foley were poor too yet for some reason is really quiet on guys like Scot Stiener blasting him why is that Cause Steiner will rip his face off? Flair is undeniably a great performer but the guy hasn't done anything worth mentioning in almost twenty years. He is a broke liar and cheat and it's sad . The guy should be retired from the ring, working backstage and trying to live a normal life, not bleeding and doing more space mountain promos at age 62.

It's going to stretch the "everyone likes" definition but I'm going to have to nominate Triple H, since he's at the point where he has enough tenure to at least be respected. I've explained myself many times before, it's not even him marrying into the McMahon family that bugs me. I've just never found him entertaining, at least not since his pre-quad tear days. I respect his ability and his love for the business, but I find him to be incredibly boring as well. That's it. Undertaker. Everyone always defends his ridiculous booking and his beating of people who should be going over him. I'm kinda ambivalent on Undertaker for the same reasons as I am with Triple H. At least Taker is able to pull out some memorable moments when necessary, though. Last year's Wrestlemania match between the two was better than I thought it would be but my expectations for it were lower than low. And if they decide to have a rematch this year, I can't really imagine it being any better. Regardless of who wins or lose, I wish both of them would retire from in-ring competition after that match.

Honestly,I can't think of anyone.
I mean my position on talent is there's a use for everyone. It's like david otunga. Otunga was terrible with mcguillicutty but as johnny ace's stooge lawyer he's fine.
As I type,im still trying to figure out someone but I'm just blanking. I think aspects of people are overrated. I think as a babyface promo hogan was overrated. I think cena doesnt have the consistancy some think he does.
Ok. I got some people.
AJ Lee-I think she's not really any better than the other divas in ring and find the constant pandering of"SHE LIKES VIDEO GAMES"annoying as hell. The fact that she looks like a 14 year old anorexic also makes it hard for me to take anything she does seriously.
Kaitlyn-It's basically the same thing as aj with two key differences. One is that she has a much better build which lends itself to me being able to take her more seriously. The other is that she's not just"not any better than the other divas in ring"she's worse.
Wade Barrett-Now this is breaking the rules of it a bit since I like wade but in terms of matches, hes atrocious. Like...painfully bad. I got wide taste as far as performers and I believe that presense makes a huge difference in terms of matches. I always enjoyed batista for example. However I find wade's matches so hopelessly inept that it makes me wince several times watching them. Also whats up with the anchor on the trunks? Is his new gimmick naval prostitute?

I've got to agree with the two who said it earlier, but Zack Ryder's character just blows my mind as to how it is so over. They guy can't (or hasn't show that he can) wrestle a decent match, he's not that good on the mic, and his web shows are chuckle-worthy at best. I do respect the fact that he's got it so over but what's he going to have left once people stop chanting "whoo whoo whoo"? He's a flash in the pan that no one is going to remember in 5 years. Beware Zack I sense the fans turning on you ala John Cena rather quickly once you are over-exposed with all the TV time you are getting. Are You Serious Bro?!?!....um yea.

John Morrison
Zach Ryder -- although I think he's liked far more on forums like these than by the public in general

Chris Hero. I..just do not understand what is so special about him. Don't like him when he's serious and I didn't like him when his character had more of a goofy slant. Listened to an audio interview with him last year, out of character obviously, and sounded incredibly full of himself.
Claudio? Completely understand. Hero? Not so much.

CM Punk: The most overrated wrestler since The Rock. He's really nothing special, his 3 matches with Joe in ROH were extremely boring. I don't like his attitude either, he's way up his own ass. This. Also, although he's hardly bad, I also consider Bryan Danielson very overrated. He's had good matches, but his opponents impress me more than he does.

Well, I was going to come in here and say Chris Hero, but everyone beat me to it. I came in during his last reign as PWG champion and just didn't like any of his matches. They were all snoozefests. However, I do like the Kings of Wrestling as a team and it's not just because I really dig Claudio.
In more recent memory, I really dislike the RockNES Monsters and Super Smash Bros. I hated the match they had, and have stopped going to PWG shows they've been on since then. Yes, that means I missed Super Dragon returning, but I'm not too tore up about it.

I will also say RVD.....if you've seen one of his matches, you've seen them all. The same could be said of Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Mick Foley, Raven, and many others.

The American Wolves. They're a decent team, but as singles they leave much to be desired.
Neither one can gut a promo, which is why I liked when they were with Shane Hagadorn. Shane could talk for them, The Wolves do the action. Neither has a personality, another plus for having Shane as a manager.
tl;dr version: Sure, they're good wrestlers, but they've never entertained me.

Oh yeah, I was thinking more present time: definitely Bret Hart.
I thought he was blah before I knew anything about his personality, and like him less after reading his book.

Nick Dinsmore.
Not Eugene, I thought that was far better than it had any right to be. But people didn't WANT Eugene- it was a problem. They demanded Nick Dinsmore, generic guy who wrestles like Chris Benoit. It was worse on this because unlike most smark darlings, it was far harder to see his work due to being under a development deal, which makes it seem like his fans as 'himself' were more "BULLSHIT you marked for him. You just played EWR, saw he had good stats, and chose him for that reason alone."

I don't see how anyone can say CM Punk is bland and generic. Cody? Maybe. D-Bryan? Possibly. I can sort of understand them.
But Punk is completely unique. Love him or hate him, saying he's bland and generic is just a lie.

For me a couple that haven't been mentioned yet.
Dolph Ziggler- How is this guy considered the next big main eventer? Needs to change his name and look before I take him seriously.
Bully Ray & Devon- To me they are the most overrated team ever! Almost all their title reigns were like a month if that. They are supposed to be tough because they put people through tables? I could care even less for their singles pushes.

Jericho- It's not that I don't like him or acknowledge his talent, the fact is he just never did it for me. Agreed, especially when it comes to his second run. The new gimmick was only interesting for all of one storyline, afterward I just found him extremely boring. I'll admit he's a good talent, but he's never oozed the charisma and entertaining personality that people swear that he has. At least, not for me. I didn't care when he left, and I won't care when he comes back. I'll add Edge, too. He's good in the ring, but as far as I'm concerned, he peaked in 2006 and just got progressively more uninteresting and stale from there. I don't dislike him, but I've never gotten what all the hype was about. I remember Jake Roberts mentioning in a shoot that he doesn't see much in Jericho or something to that effect(I believe that was during the WCW days). I always found that interesting. Jake also criticized Jericho not to long ago. "I think that Jericho is very overrated...I think Jericho has been given the largest push by the WWE (just short of Hogan), and he has yet to get over." He went on to say that, at times, he does not look to be "on his game," and that you put him in the ring with certain people & he looks to be "a step off.." And this is coming from somebody who knows and understands the business.

Shawn Micheals. Don't get me wrong, he's a talented wrestler. My problem is the people that say he's the greatest of all time.
To me HBK isn't a top 10 talent, or even top 25. At best he's a top 50, and that's stretching it.
He can deliver in the ring, with the right opponent, but I can't think of anyone he really carried. Notice that most of his most remembered matches are against guys known for carrying people, names like, Bret Hart, Triple H, Undertaker, Foley, Bulldog, and others.
HBK is the most overrated wrestler of all time. Good at some things, but never great at anything.
