This is a tough call, but I'm going with Bully Ray. He's easily the best heel in pro wrestling going right now.

It's only really between Bully Ray and Roode, and I'll pick Ray as he's been solid all year. Roode has only had the last few months of the year and I'm sure has only touched upon his potential.

Disappointed that there is no Gunner option.

Madison Rayne. She puts a lot of thought and is very deliberate in everything she does (more than most folks on the roster). No matter what role she's in she always puts her all into it and is entertaining as a result.

James Storm had a breakout half-year so he earned my vote. But there's no denying Bully Ray (despite of the stupid name) experienced a career renascence.

Got a lot of love for Roode, but it's gotta be Bully Ray.

Sting. "Joker" Sting was as creative and original as he's been in years.

as much as it should be Roode, he came on too late. the BFG series made it where there was so much confusion and red herring crap going on you can't consider Roode or any of the other active competitors at the top as the company's MVP for 2011. Hopefully, by this time next year, we'll be able to say definitely that Roode or someone as good was the MVP for 2012
I'm afraid the real MVP for 2011 is none other than STING. He had a a return that was extremely talked about and he was even speculated to be going to the WWE to be involved in a big angle. No other TNA star has that going for them. He returned to win the World Title. And at a grand age to boot. Then he added a new layer to his character with the Joker Sting stuff he pulled out through the Summer. Gave TNA one of it's most absurd moments ever (Hostage Taking Bird). Brought Hogan back to the light and ended Immortals reign of terror, restoring TNA back to Dixie. I have to go kayfabe with all of this, and not just kayfabe, but t.v. time that an mvp would receive and successfully run with and do something. 2011 was the year of Sting.

James Storm always brings the awesome, and Roode has really started coming into his own as of late, but both of them have had good success, both as singles and tag competitors.
Bully Ray on the other hand has never really had a stellar singles career and has usually been viewed as mainly a tag-team wrestler. This heel run of his though has completely revitalized his career and has shown that he can be a solid upper-midcarder in singles competition. Bubba's shown that even at his age, he's still got plenty of motivation, not only shown by his ringwork and promos, he's really shown how serious he is by getting himself into the best shape of his career.

I expected Roode to get a big push this year, but Ray came out of nowhere, and really made a singles wrestler out of himself.
