...that game that's built into a (kind of tacky, kind of cool) game controller. The one where the default wrestler selection is EUGENE. I bought it on eBay (fully knowing that the game most likely is awful), because I thought it would be a nice collector's item. But it came without instructions, so I have a few questions about it. 1) It seems to have an expansion port. Was there ever anything available for this? Roster updates maybe? 2) There is a plug for "multiplayer input", so I guess you could plug two of those things together. Does that work, and what kind of cable do you need? 3) How the hell do you play it? It seems the best strategy is just hammering on "A" all the time, because this will let you do grapple moves and also reverse grapples. X is for taunts and B probably for striking. But how do you pin your opponent? And are there other things you can do? That's how this thing looks:

I had that a long time ago and remember it being somewhat fun to play but lost its appeal after awhile.

Isn't this the one where all RD Reynolds could was repeatedly DDT the opponent?

"Unlock more with the gamekey" Im willing to bet these never came out...ever. They were out for about a year or so but were ultimately discontinued. The keys ran about $10 and added another game or two to the controller, but never really got any marketing push.

Isn't this the one where all RD Reynolds could was repeatedly DDT the opponent? That's how I got interested in the game (read about it in the Wrestlecrap archives) - well, it's not THAT awful, you can also do at least a suplex and a piledriver... but technically, it's more like a Super Nintendo or Genesis/Megadrive game.

Any gameplay footage/screens? Search youtube for " TV Games Reviews #3: World Wrestling Entertaiment " to check it out. Didn't have my speakers on, so possible language warning. (I would post the link but I've already got one strike against me for using copyrighted footage ;D)

Isn't this the one where all RD Reynolds could was repeatedly DDT the opponent? Yeah. Also, one of the playable wrestlers was Eugene. I actually bought that and played it. The music was monotonous and the referee was incomprehensible.

Search youtube for " TV Games Reviews #3: World Wrestling Entertaiment " to check it out. Hmm, that video isn't very good. Seems to be a young kid from "Flordia" (his spelling) with the TV on too loud and who can't be bothered to explain stuff or reply to questions. But he figured out how to pin an opponent, so he's probably smarter than me. Or he had the instructions.

If you're going to bump a months old thread, at least add something to the conversation.

If you're going to bump a months old thread, at least add something to the conversation. Hell you're probably better making one about it yourself to get fresh responses.
