There's no doubt wrestling fans see a lot of matches on weekly TV, and even good ones become forgotten over time. What are some that still stand out to you? Not matches like Bret Hart/123 Kid, because they are generally well remembered. I'm thinking more along the lines of forgotten classics that never get any love.
Here are a few of mine-
Shawn Michaels vs. Ric Flair - Prime Time 12/16/1991 This is probably my favorite match these two have ever had, and it occurred when Michaels was just a Rocker. Check it out if you haven't seen it.
The Rockers vs. LOD - Superstars 12/30/1991 During this time period, The Rockers were blowing big matches left and right. This was their last shot at the tag titles before breaking up, and a good match to go out on. Nice foreshadowing afterwards too.
Bret Hart vs. Virgil - Superstars 11/21/1992 A fun face vs. face match, and one of Bret's first WWF title defenses. Cool match at the time between two underdogs.
Shawn Michaels vs. The British Bullldog - RAW 03/06/1995 Shawn was amazing at selling during this time, with no exceptions here. These two always worked well together.
And more recently,
Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio - SmackDown! 03/18/2004 This is definitely my favorite match these two had in the WWE. In 2005, they always seemed pressured to top their previous efforts, and never quite could. But this match is just fun, and flows really nicely.

No prizes for guessing who wins...
Personally, I really rather like the Road Dogg vs. Al Snow match for the Hardcore Championship that wound up with them brawling outside the arena building itself. A fun brawl all round.

The Rock/Rob Van Dam vs. Kurt Angle/Lance Storm, SmackDown, December 27, 2001. This was several weeks after the Invasion ended, and RVD was almost as popular with the crowd as The Rock was. Very good match with all kinds of greatness in the ring at one time. Not to mention I was at the show and it was even better live.

There was an LOD/Godwinns title vs career match from Raw back in '97 that I've always had fond memories of for some reason.
This might not be so obscure, but Edge/Eddie No DQ from SD 2002 was awesome.
I also liked the 4-way TLC match between the Dudleyz, Benoit/Jericho, Hardyz & Edge/Christian from SD! in 01 (the XTREME one).
Yeah, these probably aren't obscure enough.

You mean the Edge/Eddie match that people mistakenly remember as a ladder match? Yea...not that obscure. But very good! That TLC match isn't very obscure either. Again, awesome match. But the Godwins/LOD match is! Anyway, I'll go with Jerry Lynn vs. Rob Van Dam from WWF Heat back in 2001. Yea, it's not that obscure either, but it was my favorite HEAT match ever and hardly ever gets talked about.

In the early 90's WCW would sometimes have a main event on Saturday Night that was a 6 man tag where the participants had little or nothing to do with one another. For example you would have one team made up of Tommy Rich, Z Man, and 2 Cold Scorpio and another of Big Sky, Super Invader, and Rip Morgan. I don't know why but those always made me happy.

Recently came across a match between Ric Flair and El Matador (Tito Santana) on "Summerslam Spectacular" in 1992 that I thought was really good.
There's also one between Ted DiBiase and the Blue Blazer on an edition of "Saturday Night's Main Event" that was quick, but awesome just the same. And another SNME match between Tito Santana and the Red Rooster (yes, the Red Rooster) in which Heenan was miked.
I also recall a surprisingly good match between John Cena and Randy Orton on the 2009 Slammys edition of Raw.
Speaking of Orton, the three-way match between him, Jericho and Edge on Raw in 2010 was so good, I called it the "match of the year"! Apparently, I was the only one.
Daniel Bryan's matches with Cody Rhodes on Smackdown in 2011 were good. Bryan's first match with Tyson Kidd on Smackdown was an awesome old school/new school (moves wise) encounter that I really dug.
And I came across a Raw match on YouTube between Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon that pretty much must be seen to be believed. If you think their ladder matches were classics, wait 'til you see them pull off a regular one!

Goldust and Owen had a few really solid matches on Shotgun in 1997. I actually still have them on VHS. Speaking of Goldust, the match he and Jericho had on Superstars in early 2010 was really good.
Pretty much anything Morrison did on Smackdown in 2009 deserves a nod. Dude should've been Punk's main opponent post-Hardy, not Undertaker.
Harry Smith vs Tyson Kidd on Superstars in 2010. Punk did commentary. These two had a throwaway match on Raw before Smith fell into obscurity, but the Superstars battle was clearly the main one. Smith and Regal had a good match on Superstars, too. And it was cool that Regal wrestled Bulldog in WCW and now Harry in WWE.
I've honestly forgotten a lot of my old favorite obscure matches. WCW Saturday Night had a handful of good crusier/lower-card matches that will sadly be lost to time.

Shame on me for forgetting to mention the one match I often use as an example of how great women's matches can be: Alundra Blayze vs. Bull Nakano for the Women's Championship on the April 3rd, 1995 edition of Raw. Check it out on YT.

I remember a really good cage match between the Steiners and Money Inc on tv. I remember really enjoying it at the time. It ended with one of the members of the Steiners having a member of Money Inc on his shoulders so he couldn't touch the floor.

Rick Steiner vs. "Stunning" Steve Austin for the WCW World Television title was on the WCW Saturday morning show back in the early-'90s. Fun match.

-WCW Worldwide 1/11/92- Dangerous Alliance (Eaton, Anderson, Austin) vs. Dustin Rhodes, Ricky Steamboat & Ron Simmons.
WCW had a ton of great matches around this time.

Motor City Machine Guns vs. Speed Muscle, from TNAs X-Cup tournament in 2008. It's an 8 minute tag team match that seems a lot longer, because all 4 guys are in full sprint mode from start to finish, and they pack 20 minutes worth of moves into it.
SNME, Brainbusters vs. Demolition, 2 out of 3 falls, where the Busters won the tag team titles. I only call it obscure because WWE has still not re-released it on any of their DVD sets.

Tajiri vs Psicosis on ECW's syndicated show from late summer of 2000 was a nice little gem that went under the radar for the most part.

Mine may be a little odd of one but:
It was an episode of WCW Thunder. The Jersey Triad were the tag team champions, and they had a match against the West Texas Rednecks. The Triad were going under modified Freebird rules, having switches in-match.
So, since the Rednecks had one more person than the Triad, they did the same thing.
The Rednecks lost, but I still get a chuckle out of seeing the tables turned on a heel group like that (even if the Rednecks may have been another heel group, I don't remember if they were at the time or not.)

Shelton Benjamin vs. Shawn Michaels on Raw, January 23, 2006. Yes, their match 8 months before will always be remembered, it even made the cut to the Best of Raw DVD. However, this match was also good. Maybe not as good as their previous match, but still a good match.

I don't know if its really obscure, but there was a Paul London vs Brian Kendrick match on Smackdown (while they were tagging, it was a Beat The Clock deal) that was unlike any WWE match I've ever seen. It was basically them exchanging various pinning combinations for 8 minutes or so. It was insane.
