Mainly because of the body language. Pissed off storming to the ring Nash looks weird w/ the nWo theme. The thing I always liked about the theme is that it's kind of a laid back groove, so when nWo members entered to it, always seemed like they were cocky as hell as they strolled to the ring. I miss laid back, cocky Nash.

I like watching him run to the music. Hilarious.

I like watching him run to the music. Hilarious. Nash running at all is hilarious, but that does add to it.

You know what doesn't feel right about it? Hearing the nWo theme in 2011.

I don't understand why they are having him use the NWO theme.
The only reason I can think of is that they want people to think the NWO is coming back.
I think either the Diesel music or that similar to Diesel music he used back in 03 would be much better for him to use now.

It doesn't fit tonally with the character they're having him portray either.
nWo Kev was the rebellious, don't give a f*** I'll do what I want guy. This Nash is pissed off, angry corporate shill. Doesn't make sense. Plus, as has been noted, people will respond positively to the theme based on associations. If you don't want him face-ish, it makes no sense.

It's honestly baffling what they're doing with Nash. They're... They're just doing EVERYTHING wrong.

I dont get why theyre making Nash so SRS. He is much better as a cocky prick. Too be fair, this isn't WCW where he could get his ego stroked off by playing the politcal game. He has to actually bring something to table rather than be his self centered douchy self

Which in all honesty didn't get over that well either.

hehehehehehehe Anyway, yeah. He can be the lumbering angry beast when he's not required to talk. When he was HBK's bodyguard it was perfect. When he went nWo and became the world's tallest stand up comedian, that persona died. He really can't do INTENSE because it's not him.

I'd rather hear Diesel's theme quite honestly The Rock kinda ruined that theme for me. I wouldn't be able to take Nash seriously if he used it. "Toot toot!"

Only thing I could come up with falls under "too cool" or "too deep" for WWE..... When HHH used a DX reference when he first set up Punk/Nash, HHH was seperating himself from Nash (Nash was never in DX and Hunter was never in nWo).

I think people are underrating Nash quite a bit.
I thought he was one of the best guys in WCW regardless of whether he used politics or not. I also liked his entire Diesel run. I think the reason it wasn't that successful is because he was a face.

Nothing about it feels right. He really should use Diesel Blues, or even the Wolfpack theme.
