I'll just vote for Tito to end this voting round.
Normally I would of voted for Orndorff but lets get this moving.
I'll have the storyline and result of this match in a second.

Its about about a month away from Wrestlemania and Tito Santana is engaged in a bitter war with Greg Valentine over the Intercontinental Championship.
But it seems another superstar wants a shot at the IC Title and that is Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff, he could go after the World Title but before that he wants the Intercontinental Championship.
Well about three weeks from Wrestlemania in a shocking turn of events Greg Valentine loses the IC title to Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat.
In an interview segment Tito Santana comes out to ask Steamboat for a title shot but before Steamboat can give his answer Mr. Wonderful comes out and puts down Tito calling him a lot of bad names and says Steamboat should defend his title against him!
So this causes Tito to get mad at all the name calling he starts fighting with Orndorff which leads to a match being made for Wrestlemania between Paul Orndorff and Tito Santana with the winner getting a future Intercontinental Championship match.
*I'm not sure who the on air boss was at this time I don't think Jack Tunney was around in WWF yet and I don't think Vince was revealed as the boss until the late 90s so I'm just going to say Tunney was President of WWF at this time*
The match was set but President Jack Tunney thought this match needed something special so he ordered this match to be inside a 15 foot high steel cage!
Now for the match results
So far this was the best match of the night Orndorff used his strength advantage early on to try and over power Tito. But Tito being the quicker of the two was able to use his speed to try and tire Mr. Wonderful out. A big spot in the match came when tito was leading against the turnbuckle and Orndorff ran at him for a closeline but Tito got out of the way and Orndorff hit the steel so Tito climbed the cage and pulled a Jimmy Snuka as he dove off the cage onto Mr. Wonderful. This knocked the wind out of Mr. Wonderful and Tito as well so Tito called for the door to be open and both Orndorff and Tito are now crawling to get out of the cage and with Tito being the quicker of the two managed to get out first and earn himself a future shot at the Intercontinental Championship.

Greg Valentine wins 3 - 0.
The story is set after Greg Valentine lost the Intercontinental Championship to Ricky Steamboat. A week later we go to Valentine and his manager Jimmy Hart being interviewed by The Living Legend Bruno Sammartino.
Bruno: So Valentine how does it feel losing your championship last week.
Jimmy: Let me tell you baby! Its a heart break thats what it is! My man Greg Valentine got robbed last week.
Bruno: Look you little pipesqueak I was talking to Greg Valentine not you, you little runt.
Valentine: Hey there old man! Don't you be talking about my manager like that!
Bruno: And what are you going to do about it tough guy?
Well with that The Hammer takes Jimmy Harts megaphone and hits Bruno right upside the head with it causing The Living Legend to start bleeding. Valentine starts putting the boots to Bruno when all of a sudden Bruno's son David comes to his rescue and chases off Greg Valentine. David gets a microphone and challenges The Hammer to a match at Wrestlemania, The Hammer accepts.
The match gets started Bruno is in David's corner and Jimmy Hart is in The Hammer's corner. At first David starts to over power Valentine but it doesn't last long as The Hammer easily takes the advantage for a good portion of the match until David starts to make his comeback. As David is making his comeback Jimmy Hart is taunting Bruno on the outside so Bruno grabs Jimmy by the throat and as he does this Jimmy tosses the Megaphone into the ring as the referee didn't see this as he was trying to get Bruno off of Jimmy. Well Valentine grabs the Megaphone and knocks David out with it and goes for the pin, the referee goes back in the ring and does the three count and Greg Valentine is your winner.

Steamboat wins and with that heres my write up.
After Ricky Steamboat won the Intercontinental Championship from The Hammer, there has been a lot of talk within the WWF Universe....my God that doesn't sound right, about who Ricky Steamboat should face at Wrestlemania. Paul Orndorff and Tito Santana are both canidates for the title but with them having a match at Wrestlemania that takes them out of the running. We go to President Jack Tunney.
Tunney: I know the WWF fans have been wondering who I'm going to name as the challenger for Ricky Steamboat's Intercontinental Championship at Wrestlemania. Well I have decided to hold a match between Don Muraco and Barry Windham, two guys who I think deserve a shot at the Championship. Whoever wins that match will face Ricky Steamboat for the championship at Wrestlemania.
So the Windham/Muraco match happens on WWF Superstars and Windham gets the win.
Now for the match.
The fans are split for this one half the fans are cheering for Windham and half are cheering for Steamboat. This is a true classic like the Ricky Steamboat VS Randy Savage match that will happen in two years. So many near falls in this match the end comes when Steamboat does a high cross body onto Windham and he scores the three count. After the match Barry Windham and Ricky Steamboat shake hands showing good sportsmenship.
