It's so ridiculously over the top and he says it with such enthusiasm that I love it.

Just imagine the entrance if AJ were Divas Champion at the same time that Daniel Bryan is World Heavyweight Champion.
Bryan: WORLD! AJ: WWE! Bryan: HEAVYWEIGHT! AJ: DIVAS Both: CHAMPION!! YES! YES! YES!

I love it because it makes the title seem important.

It's delightfully passive-aggressive.
Daniel Bryan is the Mark Zuckerberg of wrestling: an asocial nerd who out of the blue became a world conquering force of nature, and now he's determined to make all of the people who mocked and doubted him eat crow at every possible opportunity. "Yes! Yes! Yes!" is just the succinct, artfully obnoxious embodiment of his unspoken disdain.
Really, WWE has to let him win at Wrestlemania, in some cheap, convoluted manner of course. It feels like they're right on the brink of creating something genuinely great with this character, and emerging victorious from a WM "main event" is the patina of credibility needed to make Bryan a truly great antagonist. They've taken all of Bryan's weaknesses as a personality and transformed them into strengths as a heel.
I mean, I like Sheamus, and I'm fine with him becoming a top guy in the company, but it feels like they could do that with him at any time. Daniel Bryan and this character in particular are a lot more fragile, and I'm afraid that being soundly defeated at WM will just dump him back to eternal midcard purgatory.

I can't believe this thread has gone 1 and a half pages without turning into just "YES!"

'Tis amazing. I know we can't post youtube links, but search "Daniel Bryan LMFAO Yes". Possibly the best thing ever.
