Cena was my role model, my hero. He taught me to rise above hate and be a great person, and then he does this. I am heartbroken. Cena making fun and bashing a girl in front of thousands. Horrible.

While I agree that Garcia sucks at her job and should be fired, saying Chimel is any better is just laughable. I was at a Smackdown taping after Wrestlemania last year in Charlotte and Chimel tripped over his own lines at least 5 times that night. It got so bad that the crowd heckled him and chanted "You Suck!" to him every time he walked in the ring during breaks.
Fact of the matter is, Justin Roberts is the best announcer they have. He rarely f**** up and knows how to make bring the feel of a big match during his introductions. People bitch about how he drags out introductions, but at least he tries to make guys sound like stars. Chimel sucks and Garcia is only there because they think she looks good.

She made a balls up and Cena took the piss out of her when they were off the air. Whats the issue? It's pretty unproffessional to do, whether it's in front of a TV camera or not, it's still embarrasing someone in front of a LOT of people which is pretty awful for most people, even people trained as some form of public speaker. I know, she's a botch machine on the mic at times but bloody Hell have a go at her backstage in private instead of belittling her in front of an audience. Note: I don't particularly care, but it does put further "what the Hell" points on the WWE whilst they push the B.A.Star thing.

Oh for f*** sake. Criticizing someone for doing a poor job is NOT bullying. If that was the case, almost everyone that's had a job has been bullied at one point. Just...grow some balls. Well a lot of people do see this as public humiliation since it was done3 in front of her and thousands of fans. If they do wanted to criticize her, they should have done it backstage.I have been criticized at my job before, but not in front of all employees in th e company, that's just going too far.

They have every right to fire her for the lousy job she does as a ring announcer, I'd say teasing her is letting her off easy. Seriously. I mean, she seems like a sweet, lovely lady but good lord she sucks at ring announcing. Idk what it is about female ring announcers but I've never heard a good one. Lillian is probably the best and she's still crappy.

I agree it should have been handled backstage. That's just the enviroment they're in, though. Far greater on-air humilations have occured, this sounds like nothing more than a bit of ribbing on someone who can't even do her job (which involves SAYING PEOPLES NAMES) right. And some bosses do yell at you infront of everyone.

She's an on air talent that has had even made fun of on several occasions, had her skirt ripped off, feuded with Finkle, made to lust after Rock's penis, been beat up by a 500lbs man and had the Chairman of company's head firmly in her crotch on more than one occasion, I think she can handle a joke based on one of her many f*** ups.

Oh I know, I just dislike that side of the product. As the saying goes the lesser of two evils is still evil. And regarding people saying "get thicker skin" (I don't care myself, I deal with people being almighty offensive dicks as an extension of one of my jobs /glamour) but I think a product trying to push itself as righteous against bullying for the benefit of it's child audience should be able to deal with their employees without that form of arseyness. I mean when it's done for an angle to get Johnny Ace heat (JR being embarrased) fair enough, like all the things listed in the post I quoted. At least they form some sort of basis for a storyline whether it's good or not. But this is not for the purposes of WWE's generic storyline template (good eventually ovecomes evil somehow) it's done because either the guys producing the shows or the WWE's entire higher staff have no idea how to deal with people in a mature, respectful way. Then again I suppose that's the answer. The WWE aren't known for being mature or respectful most of the time which just further underlines the hilariousness of them being one of the figurehead companies of B.A.Star.

In most any other line of work this would be extremely unprofessional IMO.
But in the middle school maturity world that is WWE this is pretty mild.

Normally I don't catch her slip ups. But calling a guy by a completely different name deserves to be pointed out. and cutting Chimmel's mic shows it was all in good fun and not to single out Lilian. I did here her call Vickie Guerrero "Vickie Guerrera" I thought that was a little weird

Just to clarify I wasn't being serious in calling Cena a douche Sarcasm doesn't come across well online unfortunately. That, & Cena the douche happens to be the unofficial title of half the threads here, even Off-Topic.

Wait, Cena calls Eve a slut, says she drinks the skank juice and accuses her of having STDs on live TV, but this is what went over the line? ;D
